It was a really good experience at VGU.

Placements: In my batch, there were almost 25 students in CSE. Out of them, maybe 12 students got placement. Other students themselves find jobs or internships through various job portals. The highest package was 30 LPA in my batch. Companies like TCS and medium-scale companies were hiring.

Infrastructure: Overall, the course was good, and college life was better. In my opinion, I got an opportunity to get involved with various students from foreign countries. It was amazing sharing thoughts with them. There is good hostel life. According to the packages of the course, you can choose a hostel room according to the 1 seater, 2 seater, and so on.

Faculty: Exams were not tough, actually, I was good at studying. Every teacher was helpful, and our B.Tech CSE faculty was really friendly. I myself was from Nepal, and they really had good gestures during class. The course curriculum was really relevant. It makes the students industry-ready.

A wonderful college, Vivekanand Global University Jaipur, Rajasthan. Definitely check this out.

Placements: The number of students placed in my course is about 66 out of 110, and this is a good ratio, we can say. The highest package is 36 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA. The top recruiters are Amazon, Deloitte, TCS, Zomato, and many more. About 65 percent got internships from the 3rd year onwards, and to good companies as well. Top roles are as a junior software engineer and assistant professor.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty cool, and it gives a proper environment to study, but the infrastructure of the hostel is not that good. The main problem is hostel food. You have to manage food there. Otherwise, everything is okay. The canteen is also there, and you can find almost everything of your choice, from food to fast food. Also, there is a wonderful gym where you can build yourself strong, and medical facilities are also available. Wi-Fi works amazingly in college.

Faculty: The faculty is very nice. They are not as strict and friendly as well. And the curriculum is also updated, and the exam pattern is not so problematic. Everything is nice. They teach us well, and the semester exams are relevant, and the pass percentage is quite impressive as well, more than half of the students got good jobs. Curriculum obviously makes students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course to become a software engineer. This course is best because it provides me with the opportunity to serve my best and gain Good knowledge. I think if there were a blend of AI as well through my course, it would be fantastic. Events and fests are nice and happen simultaneously. The campus crowd is also good, and connectivity is nice. The campus surroundings are also good. You will find everything there. Extracurricular activities are also available, like sports, dance, music, and everything.

Wholesome college is average or below average. For engineering, it’s a big red flag.

Placements: The placements are average, and for B. Tech CSE it is just horrible. However, for other courses like management, it has shown good placement. If you want to do engineering from here, I would say never ever choose this. Do not choose this for campus life. Campus is small, but the crowd is big as per campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is overall average. I mean, if you go to a tier 3 college, you don’t have expectations. It stands by your expectations. Classes are average, and hostel as well. One advice I would give you, don’t ever take its hostel facility, it’s just horrible. Choose PGs and flats over hostel.

Faculty: Faculty members are average, I would say. You cannot expect them to teach you everything. At the end of the day, you have to work by yourself. Exams have no pattern, they only take exams every semester, 3 consecutive exams. Lots of practical and something called TDP, which is of no use.

Other: The university is very crowded. It has done several collaborations for engineering, which is not a good thing. The total only engineering students are approximately 2000, and add other course students as well.

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: In my college, if I talk about my BCA branch, 50% of the students got placed in 2024 and 60% in 2025. The placement rate here is good overall. The highest package is 36 LPA. The lowest is 12 LPA. The average package is around 15 LPA. These are some of the top recruiting companies: Paytm, Wipro, Teach Mahindra, Accenture, and Capgemini. Around 70% students got internships from my course in these companies (Paytm, Wipro, Teach Mahindra, Accenture, Capgemini). Top roles offered are HR, software engineer, web developer, data analyst, and AI engineer.

Infrastructure: The facilities & infrastructure in my college are so good. The college has fully furnished classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, separate computer labs, and a library with a quiet environment and a lot of books. The hostel facilities and the quality of food are so good. The college has one-tier, two-tier & three-tier hostel rooms with fans, coolers & ACs with RO purified water. The medical, sports, and games facilities are the best.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them hold a Ph.D. degree with good teaching experience. They have very helpful, polite, and friendly behaviour. Their teaching qualities are the best. As we all know now, this is the era of AI and computers. This course curriculum is relevant for all students. It also makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult. As the overall passing percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I'm very interested in AI and computers. The best thing about this course is that I'm learning about the technology that's going to be in the future. Nothing much here needs to improve about this course. Overall, everything is good. The events and fests are held in our college. The campus crowd is good. The connectivity is good. The campus surroundings are good. A scholarship facility is available in our college. Extracurricular activities are held in our college.

Placements: Our college provides placement to more than 80 percent of students in companies, with the highest package of 12 LPA CTC. Many top different companies visit my college. The percentage of students who got internships in this course is more than 60 percent in my college. Top roles are offered by Tata Company.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are available for my course. The infrastructure of the college is very good. Wi-Fi is available for students, and classrooms and the library are also very good. Canteen food is very good, medical facilities are available, and sports and games are also present for all the students in my college.

Faculty: Faculty in my course are very helpful and qualified, with great teaching qualities. This course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams in my college are very good. The pass percentage requirement is more than 40 percent in every subject to pass the year.

Other: I am choosing this course for getting the best knowledge. Fests, events, and campus crowd are good. Scholarships are also available in my college.

It is a good college but can be improved in some places.

Placements: Almost everyone gets the opportunity to get placed, and the maximum package as well as minimum package is also good. The previous year's batch got so many good companies and even got the full support of the training and placement cell. Overall, everything is well balanced.

Infrastructure: Hostels are good with proper Wi-Fi facilities and good wardens. There are three types of rooms, solo rooms, two-seater, and three-seater rooms. It's a good thing because if someone wants to take solo room, they can take that easily. Children coming from the same family have 2 and 3 seater rooms.

Faculty: Faculty members are supportive, and the time-table is quite flexible. In summer, college starts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (depending on the course and the actual subject timetable). There are 3 exams in one semester mid-1, mid-2, and end semester exams which help in preparation.

Other: Campus infrastructure should be improved.
