NIT Calicut accepts JEE Main scores for admission to the BTech course specialisations and the BArch course. CAT is not a mandatory requirement for admission to College of Engineering, Trivandrum. CAT scores are required only for admission to the MBA program offered by the college.

Candidates must take one of the CMAT, CAT, or KMAT tests in order to be considered for enrollment in the M.B.A. programme offered by the CET.

M.Plan	Candidate must have completed B.Arch. from a recognised university/ institute. (In the absence of students with Architecture Degree, Degree in Civil Engineering will be considered).
MCA	The Candidate must have a Graduation Degree in the related field from a UGC approve University
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2023.
B.Arch	Candidate who have completed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible.
