• Using business simulation to teach them on decision making.
• Following the mantra articulated by Industry i.e. hire for value and train for skill. Institute focuses on the right values and instils them through rigorous training.
• The various certification program, i.e. IBM Business Analytics, NISM, NCFM, Supply chain Management certification, Book Review, Article Review, and Mandatory research activities helps students in their transition from campus to corporate.

The key attributes that a student should have in order to qualify for our institution and get top grades in our institution are as follows:

• Good Communication Skills, Language skills  and above-average aptitude(MAT/CAT/XMAT above 70 percentile)
• Positive attitude, Open-Minded and hunger to succeed. 

•  Good Analytical skills and the ability to convince and influence.
