Established in 1975, Bundelkhand University (BU) is a state-level university located at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. It offers more than 50 UGC-approved courses at UG, PG and doctoral level both in the fields of Engineering, IT & Software, Accounting & Commerce, Science, Business & Management and many more. The University follows the semester-based academic schedule and its academic session is divided into two semesters, (odd and even). Bundelkhand University conducts the semester-end examination and special back examination in January-February for odd semester and July-August for even semester.

Bundelkhand University declares semester results for all its courses on its official website in one-page view mode. It means that results of all the courses can be viewed from a single result portal. However, the online results are considered provisional until the semester score is reflected in final ‘Statement of Marks’ issued by the University after two months of result declaration. Also, the semester results of affiliated colleges of Bundelkhand University are declared on the same page. Students can check their end-semester examination result by following below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Bundelkhand University (www.bujhansi.ac.in)

Step 2: On its home page, click on Examination tab and then choose ‘Results’ from the available drop-down menu

Step 3: Further, click on ‘View Results’ and choose ‘Current Campus/ College Results*’

Step 4: Enter your university roll number, course, result type (main/ back). Hit ‘View Result’

Step 5: The semester score along with the result status will get displayed on the screen. You can download the result or take a printout of the same for future references

*Note: Students belonging to Bundelkhand University’s main campus, need to select ‘Current Campus Results while students of affiliated colleges should select ‘Current College Results’ from the drop-down menu.

Bundelkhand University Evaluation 2020

The evaluation scheme of Bundelkhand University involves constant performance assessment of the students through a robust mechanism. Bundelkhand University evaluation scheme consists of two indices:

Internal assessment: The University conducts a sessional exam before end-term examination. These examinations have a weightage of 20 marks. Internal Assessment also consists of attendance and assignment evaluation which both carry five marks, respectively. A student must submit at least one assignment per subject to be eligible for five marks. Also, a minimum of 75 per cent attendance is compulsory to be eligible for end-term examination.

End-semester examination: End-semester examination is conducted for each subject of a course that carries a weightage of 70 marks. In order to pass a particular subject, a student needs to score 40 per cent or above including both internal assessment and end-semester exam.

Bundelkhand University Revaluation 2020

For students who are not satisfied with their results of current semester and want revaluation can fill Bundelkhand University's grievances form to get their scorecard revaluated. Firstly, a student needs to request for viewing the answer book and then decide whether to apply for grievances or not. Applicants can apply for viewing answer booklet only in online mode within 30 days from the date of result declaration. The application fee for same is Rs 500 that can be paid in online mode only. Students should apply for grievances within seven days from the date of receiving scanned answer booklet.

Grievances: Without considering previous marks, Bundelkhand University checks the copy of a student again. A student can apply for grievances only if he/ she finds that the answer book has been wrongly evaluated. Students need to apply for grievances in online mode and pay an application fee of Rs 3,000 using credit card/ debit card/ net banking. If a students’ revaluated score has more than 15 per cent hike from the initial score, entire grievance fee paid by the student gets refunded. Following steps helps the candidates to apply for viewing answer booklet/ grievances:

Step 2: On its home page, click on Examination tab and then choose ‘Results’ from the available drop-down menu

Step 3: Further, click on ‘View Answer Book/ Apply for Grievance’ and click on ‘Apply Now’ preceding the option for which you wish to apply

Step 4: Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Apply Now.’ You can even download the instruction by hitting ‘Click here to Download’ button

Step 5: Select the course type, passing year, course and exam category. Further, enter your roll number and click on ‘Search’ button

Step 6: Pay the prescribed application fee using debit card/ credit card/ net banking. You can also apply for more than one subject by following above mentioned five steps again

Step 7: Hit ‘Submit Form.’ Download the duly filled application form and payment confirmation receipt for future references

Bundelkhand University Reappear Exam 2020

Students, who fail to achieve 40 per cent or above in end term examination of a particular course have to give a ‘Special Back’ exam. This exam is held in the next consecutive years. The internal assessment marks scored by a candidate are carry-forwarded to special back exam. Following steps helps the candidates to apply for special back exam:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Bundelkhand University (www.bujhansi.ac.in)

Step 2: On its home page, click on Examination tab and then choose ‘Results’ from the available drop-down menu

Step 3: Further, click on ‘Examination Systems’ and click on ‘Fill Online Examination Form’

Step 4: Fill the examination form and pay an exam fee of Rs 1,000 using debit card/ credit card/ net banking

Step 5: Download the duly-filled application form and print the same for future references
