The Institute of Management Studies (IMS) is located in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The campus is spread over 14.7 acres. IMS Ghaziabad provides all basic and modern facilities to its students for quality education and accommodation. The overall details of the infrastructure are as follows:
Lecture Rooms:
The lecture halls at IMS Ghaziabad are well furnished and air-conditioned. The campus provides spacious classrooms. All the rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual aids and multimedia technology.
Auditorium:
IMS Ghaziabad has one air-conditioned auditorium that can accommodate 400 people. The latest technology used in the auditorium enhances the impact of conferences and various cultural events at IMS Ghaziabad.
IMS Ghaziabad offers various facilities to the students. Some of the facilities available for the students are Lecture Rooms, Auditorium, Library - Learning Resources, MDPs, Computer Centre, Residential Accommodation, etc.
Library:
The library plays a vital role in shaping a student's career at any institution. The quality and quantity of books prove the presence of an effective knowledge management system at IMS Ghaziabad. The campus is equipped with 45000 volumes and 10374 journals (both national and international). They are available in printed as well as online versions. The Campus library has more than 8 lakh eBooks. The Library also has cases from reputed periodicals such as ET Prime and Emerald Study. Online databases like Springer and JSTOR are also available. Drillbit, an anti-plagiarism software is also available in the library.
Computer Centre:
Various computer labs are available at IMS Ghaziabad. These labs have all the advanced computing facilities. It includes 500 PC nodes, laptops, and effective servers. It also has a computer machine with Intel Core i5-8th generation processors with video conferencing capabilities. Labs are equipped with an audio-visual system for practical demonstration. There are a total of eight computer labs available on the campus.
Hostel:
Modern hotel facilities have been provided for both male and female students. IMS Ghaziabad hostel offers well-furnished wings for males and females. Well-furnished hostel rooms are equipped with all the basic facilities required for daily life. Environmentally friendly hostel buildings are surrounded by greenery. Indoor and outdoor sports facilities have been provided to these students for leisure time. Set-ups for indoor games are available, such as table tennis, billiards, chess, and carrom etc. Different outdoor games like badminton, football, and cricket are available on the campus. Sports coaches are also available to train students. A modern, well-facilitated gymnasium keeps the students fit and active the whole day. Students at the hostel can use the library and internet throughout the day. Clean mess facilities, laundry facilities, and ironing facilities are available for hostel students. All these facilities provide a comfortable life for students here.
A cafeteria:
A hygienic cafeteria facility is also available at IMS Ghaziabad, where hygienic food is available, which keeps the students physically fit. There are three food junctions in the campus, which are Maggie's hotspot, a canteen with a diverse multi-cuisine menu, and a mess facility for providing subsidized lunch facilities.
Bank:
A Punjab National Bank extension counter is available on the campus.
Seminar Hall
The campus has a fully air-conditioned seminar hall with a capacity of a hundred people. It is equipped with the latest audio-visual system. Various events of the institution are conducted here, like faculty development programmes, workshops, and corporate talks for the faculty staff and students.
Medical Centre:
The campus has a full-time running medical centre with the facility of an ambulance. The centre has one medical attendant who takes care of the daily students and hostellers. A first aid facility is available at the institution, and it has tie-ups with other hospitals in Ghaziabad.
Security Zone:
Various security zones are available inside the campus. Starting from the main gate to different important locations within the campus, these zones are available. So the students and their belongings are completely safe inside the campus.
So these are some of the prominent infrastructures of IMS which do not fail to fulfil all the requirements of students in terms of daily life and academics.

PGDM first-year fee is paid in four parts as mentioned below:
- First part is INR 75,000 (registration fee).
- Second instalment is in July, which is INR 1.5 lac.
- Third part is also INR 1.5 lac, and paid in October.

The total seat intake for IMS Ghaziabad PGDM course is 360. Shortlisted candidates after reciveing call from the admission committee need to pay fee to confirm their seat. A duration of a month is given, to the selected candidates from the day of declaration of the result to submit the first installment.
