The Marketing Club (Markwizz)
The marketing club was established to provide opportunities for future managers to discover the hidden potential of students. This platform helps in unleashing the creativity and innovation of students through different competitive events related to the current market scenario in India and across the globe. So far, various events like MarkT Vyom ( Marketing Quiz Competition), MarkT Aaknti (Bill-board Designing Competition on the theme " Protect Girl Child" ), AD-diction (Unlimited Innovations) and MarkT Sangram (The Ultimate Marketing Engima) have been held. An annual inter-institute marketing festival is also organised by IMS Ghaziabad. MarkT Fest consists of diverse events. All these events provide the opportunity for students to learn the basics of marketing concepts, which improves their marketing and leadership skills. Not only that, but this club also runs a wall magazine named MarkT Zine, which displays current articles related to the happenings in the marketing and advertising field.
Saksham: The HR Club, evidence of excellence
To achieve excellence, the HR club named Saksham continuously delivers experiential learning to acquire knowledge of HR. At IMS Ghaziabad, HR Fest is designed to develop the students to attain professional excellence. It is done through guest lectures, games, and quizzes. Different competitive exams like Juggernauts, Whizkid, Synergims 2010, and Aaron 2011 have been conducted by Saksham. Many other subevents are also conducted by this club, such as Creative Punch, Sangathan, Team it up, Abhiney, etc. Saksham runs a yearly e-magazine on HR. The Core Committees and Editorial Committee of HR students handle all this with the support of the faculty in charge. The students of other streams are motivated to contribute to this magazine.
The Aayam Operation Club
This club is for enhancing the theoretical basics and their applications in the field of strategy and operations management. It has been established with the basic aim of sharing knowledge in the areas of systems and operations. Students who are interested in subjects like strategy and operations usually run this club. Students in this club are usually updated on the latest trends and improvements in these fields. Key elements of the club consist of different strategic games related to operational systems like quizzes, SCM, and strategic games.
Apart from these clubs, IMS Ghaziabad has a student activity council which has seven academic clubs, three cultural clubs also known as (Pratham club, film club, and literature club), one sports club also known as Spardha, one media and social media club(Smart Club) and three CSR clubs (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Club, Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat Club, and Innovation & incubation club).
