The role of an HR professional in today’s organisation is more important than ever. The alignment makes students eligible for taking the SHRM-Certified Professional exam which is an endorsement to the knowledge and competency gained in the program. TAPMI sponsors the cost toward the SHRM-CP examination. The PGDM-HRM programme is also accredited by AACSB and AMBA which ensures the highest standards of programme leadership and design, academic rigour and relevance, innovations in learning and teaching pedagogies, faculty quality and sufficiency, student engagement and experience, and societal impact. The courses are delivered by the best academicians and industry practitioners. Regular interaction with industry leaders (in-person as well as webinar series), dove-tailing of courses with industry immersions, filed visits, intense use of Harvard/Ivey case studies and simulations, workshops for building hands-on skills and competencies, and certifications are few ways through which we shape young minds into a top-notch HR professional.

The PGDM-HRM programme is also accredited by AACSB and AMBA which ensures the highest standards of programme leadership and design, academic rigour and relevance, innovations in learning and teaching pedagogies, faculty quality and sufficiency, student engagement and experience, and societal impact.

Other highlights of the programme include live projects and extended internships. The students get involved in live projects as early as in Term one, and each student gets the exposure of working on multiple projects. The programme is flexible to benefit from longer duration internships in the form of early and extended internships. Leadership Assessment and Development Center is another highlight of any programme at TAPMI. Students are taken through a battery of psychometric tests and are given a one on one advisory by a trained faculty member to help them chalk out the path to develop and unleash their leadership potential. Further, the programme benefits from the regular feedback from programme advisory board comprising of very senior HR leaders, renowned academicians, and very senior alumni working in HR domains.
