Q: What are the salient features of the teaching methodology adopted by your college? How does this differ from others?
A: The teaching methodology differs for every institute and every faculty. Every student is different and so is the faculty member which motivates us to keep experimenting with new ways of imparting quality education to our students. Some of the features of the teaching methodology adopted by our institute are:
- The students are equipped to understand their entire course from a holistic point of view
- The students are encouraged to ask questions, making the sessions more interactive.
- They are given a sound background during the course of their study so that he or she is up to date about the trends of the industry
Q: How are you preparing your students to be Industry ready?
A: Theory without practical aspects is useless and practical knowledge without theory is meaningless. Giving knowledge in both fields becomes very important to understand the entire workings of the industry. This is understood very well by RSACE and the faculties strive to achieve a balance between theory and practical, hence, helping students become aware of the current industry trends and industry-ready.
Q: What are the qualities you are looking for in student applicants? What qualities do they need to do well in your course?
A: The students must be passionate about the field they have chosen. They should have a critical bent of mind to question things they are curious about. Zeal to enhance their knowledge by looking for material other than their assignments, completion of assignments by walking an extra mile to understand the depth are some of the key attributes that define the success path of the student.
These are the qualities we look for in student applicants and these help them succeed in their rife.
Q: How do you ensure that your course curriculum is up to date and meets industry requirements?
A: We have a number of eminent industry experts on board who introduce us to industry trends and requirements basis of which the curriculum is revised. Not only the experts, but the students feedback is equally important for us who intern with various organisations of repute. All suggestions coming in from various stakeholders help us design a curriculum that helps students stay abreast of the industry requirements.
Q: Is your college receptive to innovation, technology, science & entrepreneurship? How? Could you cite some examples of these?
A: Yes. To cite examples, the classrooms are equipped with the state of the art technology which makes it easier for students to learn in a fun and simulated environment.
Due to pandemic, the students are taught online via google meet. The faculty were given a good brief beforehand on how to use the platform. Hence, the aim to impart a quality learning experience to students is never sacrificed
