You will do good, if you are dedicated.
Placements: If I have to give a ballpark of the placement numbers, I will say they are below average in some courses at the college. Though the placement cell is effective in grooming and training the students to be well mannered and prepared for the interview, the quality of placement is still low, and there are not a lot of companies that come to interview the students, but I am rating the placement average due to the collective efforts of the placement cell and faculty to get every student placed, even at a very high package.
Infrastructure: In the duration of 6 semesters, the photography studio was changed 4 times and every time some or the other issue was at hand, that was a drawback in efficiency. Hostels are not as good as I have heard, and I never dared to visit that facility. The college is a very small campus, but the faculty is good and is teaching the students very well with the limited resources that they have. In the span of 3 years that I have spent at AAFT, the facilities of my course have been improved except for a few issues. Everything will be fixed in the coming years, I feel.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great, and the behavior of teachers towards the students who are willing to learn is actually great. Of course, there are nuances in every class and the perspective of students, but yes, it is worth it. You will learn a lot if you are willing enough; the course is relevant; most teachers will teach you beyond the given curriculum; and some teachers have made me industry-ready. The exams are easy enough and the pass percentage is standard.

Best college for special courses.
Placements: It's good, above 60%. Honestly, the top can go up to 12 LPA, and the top roles that have been offered to my batch are senior photography at a big firm. Not gonna lie, but in a market like this where the competition is too much, they give the best campus placements.
Infrastructure: Don't know about the hostel, but the college's infrastructure is better than good, but too small for a college. New classes, library, and canteen are too good. They can add more things like indoor sports like TT, pool, chess, etc. 'Cause I know people are doing what they love but can use sports to relax.
Faculty: Faculty is better than good; some are the best. Exams are not too hard, but again, these are practical courses, so assignments matter more than exams. They are very precise about their assignments, but the discipline can improve. There is something that might need some attention, like I got my ID card in the second semester.
Other: Crowd is okay, what I like is the friendly environment on campus.

A very average college for art and media .
Placements: Only 10-20% students got placements but even they are not satisfied. The lowest package offered in this course was15000/month and the highest was 50000/month but no one got selected in those interviews. Big boy toyz is the best company visiting our college but the interviews were not conduct for that, I don't know why.
Infrastructure: The old building is really very old, the classes are not maintained properly, there are no medical facilities and the canteen is always crowded. There is only APL conducted in a year which is a sports league tournament. Labs have computers which are not working properly and there is always some problem or the other.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful while the others just maintain their profiles. Some of the teachers have brilliant knowledge but the senior teachers don’t push them forward. The management is the worst in this college. There is not a single notice of the students which is received on time.
Other: There are no extracurricular activities and no campus trips are organized.

It provides good faculty members and placements.
Placements: Around 50% of students get placements. Many top industries like Sony, Canon, Nikon NAT Geo, Discovery, and many other top industries visit to hire students. Around 50% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: In the hostel, there is a mess and they have Wi-Fi and medical facilities. It also provides sports facilities and the area is clean. Overall hostal will also be a good choice for the students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. The semester exams are very difficult if students do not study every day, and they will not be able to crack them. The money is worth it and it will deeply get to know about everything like camera, lights, technology, and also about the market.
Other: I opted for this photography course, because of my passion for it.

The faculty are good, and students get good exposure.
Placements: The percentage of students placed depends upon the portfolio we make and present ourselves to the interviewers. Companies hire photographers for a particular project, and there is no package for photography, to be honest. It depends upon your creative skills and how much passionate you are. NDTV and Trade India are the higher recruiters for AAFT. The percentage depends on students' skills in photography. But you got so much to learn from this college. In these 3 years of the course, we get experimental exposure and the environment we want for photography.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is not available. Classrooms are better. The library is not provided. Hostel for girls is not safe, and the food available in the mess is not so good. It's better to stay in PGs. The college canteen is excellent, and we have two canteens providing good food.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. Teaching quality is good. People should take this course as one would get exposure to photography for 3 years, and there is a lot more to learn. It gives students industry experience.
Other: I chose this course so that I can complete my graduation+photography course at once and get a lot of exposure and interaction with photographers. The best thing is that you will get 3 years of time for photography and a lot more time to learn slowly and steadily. The thing I wish to get better is events to happen, but due to corona, they are less. Surrounding is better. Wi-Fi should get much better.
