It is a good college for students with low financial status, with a good campus and facilities.
Placements: The placement in my college is around 20%. The highest package is around 8 LPA. The top recruiters are Wipro, TCS, IBM, etc. Around 20% of students get internships in different companies like Wipro, TCS, and IBM. Top roles offered include positions like a salesman, etc.
Infrastructure: For my course, facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs, classrooms, library, etc., are available for all students. There is also a hostel for students who live far from the college. The facilities provided in the hostel are average. It provides facilities like Wi-Fi, food, three-person rooms, etc. The food is average, and the canteen is available until 4 PM. The facilities for sports are limited.
Faculty: Some teachers in my course are helpful as they teach both my subject and future opportunities. Some of the teachers have Ph.D. and are qualified. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is average, and it does make students somewhat ready for the industry. The semester exams are passable even with one week of study.

Overall review of Ganga Institute of Technology and Management, Jhajjar (as a 2nd year CSE student).
Placements: As a second-year Computer Science Engineering student at GITM, Jhajjar, I have observed the placement scenario closely. The college provides decent placement opportunities, especially for CSE students, with companies from IT, software development, and service-based industries visiting the campus.
Infrastructure: As a second-year CSE student at GITM, I find infrastructure decent. Classrooms and labs are well-equipped, but Wi-Fi and lab equipment need improvement. Library has a good collection of books. Hostel rooms are spacious with basic amenities, but the mess food quality is average. Wi-Fi speed fluctuates, especially during peak hours. Security is well managed, and the overall hostel environment is suitable for studies. While facilities are good, better internet, improved lab resources, and upgraded mess food quality would enhance the experience.
Faculty: As a second-year B.Tech CSE student at GITM, I find faculty members supportive and knowledgeable, though some teachers are more engaging than others. They guide well, but more practical learning could be emphasized. Course curriculum follows university guidelines and covers essential subjects, but it could include more industry-oriented topics and hands-on projects. Exams are structured and manageable, with regular internals and semester-end evaluation. Overall, faculty members are helpful, the syllabus is decent, and exams are fair, but more practical exposure and updated content would improve learning.
Other: As a second-year B.Tech CSE student at GITM, Jhajjar, my overall experience has been decent. College provides a good learning environment with proper infrastructure, but there is room for improvement in practical exposure, industry-oriented training, and placement opportunities. Campus is spacious with decent facilities like a library, labs, and Wi-Fi, though internet speed can be consistent. Various technical and cultural events are organized, offering students a chance to develop skills beyond academics. Faculty members are supportive, but self-learning is crucial for better career prospects.
