A three-year undergraduate BBA degree allows the participants to learn the basics of management before they graduate. In order to maximize student learning in their area of choice, JGBS allows its BBA students to major in their area of choice. After doing a three-year BBA degree, the candidates can pursue multiple avenues including a career in the corporate sector or an MBA degree in an area of choice.

A five-year integrated management programme, on the other hand, not only lets the students graduate with a Master’s degree but also provides opportunities for deeper learning in their chosen area of specialisation. At JGBS, in the fourth and fifth (and final) year of an integrated management degree, students can opt from specialised electives to obtain their dual specialisation (two majors), thereby radically improving their chances of landing a dream job in a top company.
