Q:   Does Maharashtra State Board follow NCERT?
A:

Each board has its own advantages and disadvantages. They have a choice to follow each other’s curriculum. Yes, Maharashtra State Board follows NCERT books not whole but as a part of their curriculum.

Q:   Can I cover the whole syllabus for Maharashtra SSC examination 2026 if I start now?
A:

You must go through the Maharashtra 10th syllabus and exam pattern for all subjects. Segregate the chapter and plan your days ahead for covering each topic thoroughly. Get all your doubts cleared by your teachers and peers. Solve Maharashtra SSC sample papers 2026 to know the kind of questions that have a good chance to get repeated.

Q:   Will we get sufficient time to prepare for the Maharashtra SSC exams once they begin?
A:

Q: Congratulations on your result! How was your reaction after seeing the results? Did you score what you expected?

A: I was overjoyed to see my results!  While I was hoping for over 90%, scoring 94.2% feels incredible! The countless hours of studying really made a difference.        

Q: Please tell us something about your family background.
A: My dad, Prajit Khobrekar, works in a private firm, and my mom, Pragati Khobrekar, is a homemaker.

Q: Please tell me about the stream that you are targeting
A: I have a strong interest in science and problem-solving.  Right now, I'm exploring both options: pursuing pure science in XI & XII or opting for a diploma course in a technical field. I'm researching different career paths to make an informed decision about my future.

Q: What was your strategy to score above 95%?
A: Consistency and active learning were key to my approach. I created a detailed schedule allocating time for each subject based on its difficulty. I used various techniques like practice problems, mind maps, and group discussions. Regular breaks and a healthy sleep schedule were also crucial for maintaining focus and energy. I prioritized tackling subjects I found more challenging first. During breaks, I enjoyed sketching and listening to music to unwind.

Q: Did you take any online or offline coaching?

A: Yes,  I attended offline coaching classes named Adhyayan classes in Bhandup, Mumbai.

Q: Who encouraged you the most in this journey?

A: My biggest motivators throughout this journey were my parents and teachers. My parents provided unwavering support and instilled a strong work ethic in me. My teachers were always available to clarify doubts and pushed me to achieve my full potential. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to my coaching instructors, Sir Raj Rane and Sir Sanket More, for their guidance throughout my SSC journey.

Q: What was your routine during the Maharashtra SSC board exam preparation?
A: I primarily focused on self-study with the help of my school resources.  However, for a few challenging topics, I did utilize like online lectures from subject experts and important books on previous question paper set.

Q: What are your future plans? Which career path are you aiming?

A: As mentioned earlier, I am planning to either take up plain Science or go for Diploma. I am yet to decide on it.

Q: What is your favorite subject?

A: Social Studies and Math are definitely my favorites.  I find the concepts in Social Studies fascinating, and I love the problem-solving challenges that Math presents.

Q: Are you planning to begin preparing for any entrance exam?

A: : I have no plans as such for an entrance exam yet.
Q: What is your dream college/institute?

A: It would be an honor to pursue my graduation from government polytechnic institution for diploma course.
Q: What are your future goals?

A: Success in exams requires a multi-pronged approach. Don't just passively read the material - actively engage with it through practice problems, group discussions, and creating mind maps. Familiarize yourself with the exam format and time management by practicing with past papers and sample tests. Don't hesitate to seek help from teachers if you encounter challenging topics.
