MPBSE 12th Exam Pattern for Commerce: The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has released the MP Board 12th exam pattern 2025-26 for the students. The students can access the same online on the board's website and on this page as well. We have provided the direct link to download the MPBSE class 12 exam pattern 2026 PDF on this page.
MPBSE is a state-level board of education that conducts board examinations in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It conducts Class 12 board examination for all the major streams, including Humanities, Commerce, and Science. The students enrolled in MPBSE 12th Commerce stream need to choose five subjects, including two languages. They can optionally also choose one additional subject and one vocational subject, besides the five subjects. The MPBSE has divided the syllabus of Class 12 Commerce into compulsory and optional subjects. This article provides details of the exam pattern for Commerce subjects. The first and second language options are to be exercised by students from all the streams.

According to the latest released MP Board 12th exam date sheet 2026, the MPBSE class 12th term 2 practicals 2026 was conducted from May 7 and May 25, 2026. All the practical exams will be held in offline mode at school level.

Practically, yes. From the last two years, the board has been conducting the MP Board class 12 second main exams instead of compartment exams. Students who fail in the class 12 exams or who want to improve their marks can appear for the MP Board 12th term 2 exams.
