The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education hold the MPBSE class 12 exam in offline mode. The board prescribe the exam pattern in advance so that the students can become aware of the final exam. Yes, MP Board exams will conduct MPBSE 12th exams twice a year starting from 2025 academic session. Conducting the Board exams twice a year will allow the students to retain the best score in the class 10 and 12 exams. However, the board clarified that appearing for both exams is not mandatory and is completely up to students' choice. Ministry of Education has also confirmed that the class 10 and 12 Board exams will be based on the new curriculum which has been developed for the academic session 2023-24. 

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education released MPBSE 12th time table 2026 on August 13, 2025. The MP Board 12th exams 2026 will take place from February 7 to March 5, 2026. MP Board exams 2026 class 12 are held in a single shift from 9 am to 12 pm. The board also announced an official date for the MPBSE 12th practical exams. MPBSE class 12 practical exams are expected to be held from February 10 to March 10, 2026.
