Yes, migration is possible from SOL DU to a regular college. The student must have the1st year result that covers (1st and 2nd sems) both declared results before the deadline for migration. 

Visit the college you wish to migrate to and meet the principal. Get a stamped NOC with principal's signature. Submit it a t the SOL Office (North Campus).
