Placements: The placement cell of my college is very active. So, many companies visit here and give the job to the deserving students. They offer an impressive package to students of branches like CE, ME and EE. The companies for core branches like CST, etc. also visit here. Overall, 70% students get placed.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite impressive. The labs are well-equipped with good teaching equipment like projectors etc. Our library contains thousands of books consisting semester books, novels, journals, and many books of international writers.

Faculty: Level of some faculty members in every branch is very high. But not everyone, some teachers focuses on the syllabus only. So many young and inexperienced teachers are also teaching us who lags in 100% knowledge. Students who rely on teachers can't get enough things. Your syllabus will get completed, but you will not get enough knowledge. Seniors are also supportive, and there is no ragging on the college campus.

Other: In every occasion, the college sets a function. And all students are invited to these. The college conducts tours for teachers and students, to have a good bonding.

It is a good college for students who want to experience real industry and work life.

Placements: 30-60% of students got placements in some of the renowned companies during the college placement fair, which was organized by the college authority. The highest package the company offered for the diploma students was 6-8 LPA, which was quite decent according to the course. Companies like L&T, Aqua Guard, and many more participated in the job fair. Almost 50% of students got internships in companies like L&T and Tata Power, as well as in S TPSDI- Maithon. The top roles offered by these companies were assistant engineer, sales executive, and many more. I would highly recommend this college for your brighter future.

Infrastructure: Some buildings were still under construction to include many more new courses in the coming years. The lab had all the equipment, tools, and necessary supplies for better knowledge and explanation. Classrooms were very big, almost accommodating 50-60 students or more. The hostels had all facilities, but the mess food was not that great, and there were very few food options. However, the food was prepared in very hygienic conditions. There was a ground for cricket and volleyball, which students and faculty enjoyed mostly after college ended.

Faculty: Teachers were well-qualified and had field experience. If we had any problems, they tried to solve them as soon as possible. Teachers always shared their experiences in the field and how to handle difficult situations, which helped students become industry-ready. Exams were not so easy, but if you listened to your teachers and followed them in class, it was very easy.

Other: I always wanted to do something creative, so I decided on civil engineering. I learned about building structures, how every minor mistake can have a huge impact on the structure, and about railway and road construction. I wished we could have had more field survey classes, and a course like BIM should have been added to our semester. The college hosted all kinds of festivals. This college had a beautiful garden in front, but it had fewer trees. The college campus was near the station, so students from nearby cities could travel very conveniently.
