Additionally, Candidate who have passed with minimum 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category), can also apply, subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. To take admission under Odisha State Category (S- Category), Candidates should satisfy either eligibility mentioned below or mentioned in Requirements for 12th grade Eligibility Criteria: Parents of the candidate should be natives of Odisha. OR Sons/ daughters/ spouses of the employees of Government of Odisha/ Govt. of India / Govt. of Odisha Undertakings / Govt. of India undertakings, serving in the State of Odisha at the time of application.
