Satisfied because of faculties good placements in 2021, best facilities to develop our skills.
Placements: Sixty five percent students are placed in our course. In our course, the highest package offered is of 9 Lacs per annum, average package offered is of 5 Lacs per annum and the lowest package offered is of 3 Lacs. Top recruiting company of our course are NCL, MCL, ECL, etc. Only ten percent students got internship from our course in Tata company. Top roles offered in our course is Assistant Manager, Senior Overman.
Infrastructure: Unlimited Wi-Fi is available till 50 MS speed, labs are well organized in a decent manner, classrooms are neat and clean having facilities of projector with clean curtains and painted wall, library are full of books by which all students in hostel can read it one by one, AC is also available in library and silence is maintained.
Faculty: Teacher understand our problem and helps us to get qualified for our GATE exam, they are qualified enough to help us to take job, they have enough knowledge to teach us where we student make mistake often and mark our silly mistake. This course curriculum is much relevant, it makes the students industry ready by giving is Vocational training, Pgpt by which we get practical knowledge and also intensive by which we get motivated. Difficult in semester exams depends on students (it varies) for me its not much difficult as it is very interesting and easy course. The pass percentage is of 90 percent.
Other: I love the syllabus of this course and from childhood Im interested in coal mine, this is the reason I choose this course. Best thing about this course is that we get enough salary if we are selected in PSUs. Its perfect course. Events are organised by 2nd year students, they know how to entertain us, every year we have fest in our college, campus crowd is around 10000 students approximately. Scholarship are given to each intelligent students. Extracurricular activities are also held in our college.

Amazing college experience.
Placements: 20%-30% of students got placed. The highest package can range from 3 LPA to 6 LPA, depending on the college and industry. Top recruiters are companies like Deloitte, EY, PwC, Infosys, ZS Associates, TCS, and Wipro.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and tutorial rooms are well-equipped with modern teaching aids. Computer centre and internet facility are available. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi connectivity are available. The library is available and has access to resources during and after study hours. There is hands-on training and practical experience.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with a mix of academic faculty and industry practitioners. For instance, the Master's Union's curriculum is co-taught by academic faculty members from top B-schools like IIM-A, IIM-B, and IIM-C, ensuring theoretical rigor and practical insights.
Other: I chose this course to gain knowledge and skills for a successful career in business and management and to develop entrepreneurial skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.

Faculty members are not good, and placements are also not provided in this college.
Placements: There are no recruiting companies for this course. Internships are offered in Coal India and lamp handling classes. The highest salary is offered in mining courses. Students should score a maximum of 57% in their ISC to get admission in any stream in our college. Top recruiting companies are in mechanical branch.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available on the campus. Food is served in the hostel canteen, but medical facilities are not good. Hostel facilities are good. Classrooms are available, and they are under CCTV surveillance. There are no facilities for sports, and the playground is also not huge.
Faculty: Teachers in our stream are helpful, and HOD has good knowledge. All of them helps students with any problem regarding the study. Students from other streams are ready for the industry. However, studies are not good for other stream students. They teach mainly in Odiya, and English faculty members are not good.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is the high stream for students who look for their carrier, and I have a better lifestyle in this course.

Review of Adarsha College of Engineering.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements. Many students demand to provide placements, but college does not listen to our demand. So many mining students join PGPT training. But many students have no placements. Placements are a major problem in our state. Lacs of students pass out every year, but the job does not get it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is marvellous. The hostel rooms are very clean. There is 24 hours of water and power supply. Every room bathroom is attached. The hostel canteen food is very delicious and hygienic. Many varieties of food are served every day. Our college provides 4 canteens.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very highly qualified and very friendly. Every teacher help students in improving their knowledge. Every teacher is very knowledgeable. HOD is head in every department. Every student submits a practical record at HOD Office.
Other: I have chosen mining engineering because mining is the only branch where there are very fewer students compared to other branches. Mining job provides a secure job.
