| M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree or equivalent in the relevant field of engineering and technology with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidate passed 10th class/equivalent conducted by BSE, Odisha/equivalent are eligible to apply. The lower age limit is 14 years and there is no upper age limit. |
