AIIMS Delhi MBBS admission is done only based on NEET UG entrance exam score. Therefore, candidates must first complete the entire NEET exam process. Before applying candidates must check whether they are qualified for the MBBS course. Find below a brief detail on the AIIMS Delhi MBBS admission procedure:
Step 1: AIIMS Delhi MBBS Application Process 2025
Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam. They can register themselves on the official website of NTA NEET or neet.nta.nic.in or directly go to examinationservices.nic.in. There, students must register, fill out the application form, upload all the scanned images for required documents, and, make payment of the application fee. The category-wise NEET UG registration fee is tabulated below:

Last year, the NEET application fee was INR 1,600, which was increased from INR 1,400 (for General category candidates).
Step 2: NEET Cutoff
NEET 2025 cutoff is released by The National Testing Agency (NTA) along with the NEET 2025 result and scorecards. The cutoff for NEET refers to the minimum marks or scores to be secured by candidates to qualify for the exam and be eligible to participate in the counselling process. NEET 2025 cutoff marks vary for each candidate category.
Step 3: NEET 2025 Counselling
The NEET 2025 counselling process begins once candidates who secure NEET 2025 cutoff marks. NEET counseling process is being conducted in two categories, for the 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 85 percent State Quota (SQ) seats. MCC will conduct the counselling for the AIQ seats and the state counselling authorities or the Directorates of Medical Education for different states are conducting the NEET state counselling.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
MCC released the NEET UG counselling 2025 in multiple rounds. First, a provisional result will be released and candidates will allowed to submit objections if any, and then, the final result or seat allotment list will be released. Based on their seat allotment, candidates could either accept or go for the institute reporting round. Or they could opt for an upgrade of seats. In the case of the latter, they had to register for further rounds of counselling.
Step 5: Reporting to the college allotted
Candidates who will be allocated seats in counselling of NEET 2025 will have to report to the allocated institutes for verification of documents and confirmation of the seat.

AIIMS Delhi offers a full-time MBBS to NEET-qualifying candidates. The duration of this course is four and a half years. These courses are full-time degree programs of 3–4 years.
