- MBBS: There is no seat reserved for OCI and NRI candidates. Foreign candidates must have atleast 60% aggregate with PCB and English in Class 12 or equivalent.

AIIMS Delhi MBBS Curriculum
AIIMS Delhi offers a full-time MBBS to NEET-qualifying candidates. The duration of this course is four and a half years. Additionally, candidates have to go for a compulsory rotatory internship of one year. As per the course structure, the course follows a semester system, each semester consisting of six months. The MBBS course is divided into three phases, viz., Pre-clinical, Para-clinical and Clinical Phase.
