It is an above average college with good faculty, average campus culture, and events.
Placements: It's a service-oriented professional course, so don't expect placements like engineering. Although all alumni I have met till date are doing well. Having a MBBS degree does open a lot of paths. Amala Institute is famous for cancer research so that also adds value to studying here.
Infrastructure: Our college has a decent infrastructure with separate hostel for males and females. Mess facilities are available in each hostel. There is a gym, football or cricket field, basketball outdoor court, volleyball court, badminton court, and table tennis tables. Medical expenses are discounted for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are definitely top-notch. They are all highly experienced. Study materials and facilities are available like library, study rooms, reading room, etc. Pass percentage ranges from 75 to 100% every year. Semester exams are based on previous university exam model papers. High inpatient count helps as we have more first-hand experience.
Other: MBBS is a great course that also has further branches of study and works across many other fields ranging from forensics to research to consultation, etc. Amala Institute also has celebrations in college such as Amala day, sports fest, hostel day, council day, etc. In addition to holidays, there are festivities. The scholarship is available depending on university exam results. The campus is around 40 acres with lots of greenery. Hospital premises are fairly crowded due to high patient flow.

Absolutely satisfied, good faculty, infrastructure and overall nice.
Placements: There is no campus placements in our college. Since there are no placements I am not aware of the salary. But the college provides facility for one year internship with monthly incentives paid. Although there is no campus placement, the college does provide opportunity for students to work here.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure Has four lecture halls and a big central lecture hall, all lecture halls are provided with a projector. There is a central library with lot of reference books and a reading room attached to it. Each department has separate labs. Hostel has facilities like a tv room, visitors room, a mess hall. The food provided is of good quality.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, efficient, knowledgeable, sincere to their work and to the students. They are approachable and student friendly. Yes the course curriculum is relevant. Its of a total duration of 4.5 years with 1 year internship which makes the students industry ready.
Other: I chose this course because I was inspired by my uncle who is a doctor. The best thing about this course is that it gives a lot of exposure and we are able to see that the world is also about pain and difficulties rather than happiness and good life.

My college has a well-maintained infrastructure and is good.
Placements: My college was very supportive, and placement was available here. After studying, a good opportunity will come. They actively support people in building their careers. Many students of our college were successfully placed in reputed positions in hospitals, and a large percentage got internships.
Infrastructure: My college was well known and regarded by the public as the best university in the city. Well-maintained infrastructure and facilities like classrooms, libraries, etc. These facilities had been built to support my studies.
Faculty: My college had experienced staff who followed a well-maintained structural curriculum. The syllabus balances the curriculum and provides the students with the necessary knowledge and experience needed for their development in a professional setting to be able and effective at their respective jobs.

Very satisfied because of the infrastructure and clinical exposure .
Placements: MBBS does not have conventional campus placements like engineering or management courses. Nearly 100% of students complete a compulsory rotating internship after final year, usually within the affiliated teaching hospital. Career progression depends on NEET PG INI CET or government service. Roles include Junior President, Medical Officer, and postgraduate trainee across clinical and non-clinical specializes.
Infrastructure: The college has well-maintained classrooms with audiovisual aids, fully equipped laboratories, and a central library with good textbook and digital resources. Hostels are clean and secure with adequate water and electricity supply. The mess food quality is acceptable and hygienic. Sports facilities, gym, medical support, and campus Wi-Fi contribute to a comfortable student life overall.
Faculty: Faculty members are experienced, approachable, and clinically knowledgeable, with a good balance between theory and practical teaching. The curriculum follows NMC guidelines and focuses on clinical exposure and competency-based learning. Semester and university exams are moderate hard and require consistent study. With regular preparation, the pass percentage is generally good.
Other: There are clubs and arts and sports events.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty but can be improved.
Placements: Students are selected to be placed in Amala Medical College itself after graduation and after evaluating the student's academic performance. This college is NABH accredited. No tension of placement in other hospitals, we can be sure. College admission is a bit tough. As for government-allotted students they have to come and attend an interview before the course.
Infrastructure: The course provided is very good but the teaching staff and non-teaching staff is a bit old generation, because of that some problems may arise. But the practicals are very good, many opportunities come the way of our study as there are many machines for practicals. CT, MRI, SPECT, PET, DR, C-ARM, LINAC, Brachy Therapy, etc., are available there so we can get to see most of them. The library is also available. The hostel is only available for girls.
Faculty: Teachers are very nice and qualified. But there is a lack of coordination among them. That may arise problems among students and management. Exams are conducted monthly by the college itself and the final exam is conducted by the directorate of medical education. It is conducted yearly in a government medical college.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. Coordination between teachers may be improved and food from the canteen may be improved.
