| ANM | The minimum age of the candidate, for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age of the candidate, for admission shall be 35 years. Candidate shall be medically fit. |
| B.Sc. | The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. Candidate shall be medically fit. Candidate shall be admitted once in a year. |
| B.Sc. (Post Basic) | Candidate who have done 10+1 in or before 1986, are also eligible to apply |
| GNM | Candidate who are registered ANM with pass mark can also apply. Candidate shall be medically fit. Minimum age for admission will be 17 years. (as on 31st December of that year). The upper age limit is 35 yrs. For ANM/ for LHV, there is no age bar. |
