Yes, candidates with 75% in their BBA degree can get admission to the MBA at the ANA Group of Institutions. However, it is not definite that candidates can get admission with this score because the university specifies the minimum requirement for admission to the MBA, i.e., completion of a graduation degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. However, the institute releases the merit list after evaluating applicants' scores in their last qualifying examination. Therefore, there might be a possibility that the total seats of the MBA course get filled with applicants achieving more than 75% in their bachelor's degree.
