Review of Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Renigunta.

Placements: The majority of the students were placed in my course, as CSE is currently a trending course. The highest offered package for our batch is 5 LPA, while the lowest is 2.5 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Emphasis, Cognizant, Accenture, Kaptius, and more. Students who worked hard got their internships in some MNCs and even in IT colleges. The top roles offered to the students in this course are mostly development positions.

Infrastructure: There are 4 blocks: A, B, C, and D. Blocks A, B, and C are constructed together, while block D is separate. Each block has 4 floors. Each floor has 8-10 rooms and also consists of a teachers' office, toilets for gents and ladies, and a computer lab. On the ground floor, we have an auditorium big enough to hold 500 students, a Physics lab, a Chemistry lab, and many more facilities. The hostel is also nice, and the food provided is good. However, the prices in the canteen are a bit high.

Faculty: A lot of the staff are newly recruited and they don't have much experience, so it's hard to tell whether they are not comfortable enough to open up to us and speak freely, or if they don't know how to do it. However, based on my four years of experience, a few faculty members were very talented, but very few had a lack of skills. The course curriculum was better before, but now it's changed and is very helpful for the new joiners.

Other: I enjoyed the culture and study environment, etc.

Good placements, excellent infrastructure, and supportive faculty.

Placements: I am part of 2025 batch in Computer Science and Engineering. Around 80-85% of students from our course have been placed. The highest salary package is around 12 LPA, the lowest is around 3 LPA, and the average varies from 5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiters include Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. Almost 60% of students secured internships from companies like Cognizant, HCL, and startups. The top roles offered are software development, data analysis, and cybersecurity engineering.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. It has well-equipped computer labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a central library with plenty of resources. Hostel facilities are well-maintained, with clean rooms and 24/7 security. The mess food is hygienic. Taste is almost like restaurant food. Sports facilities, a gym, and medical facilities are available on campus. This makes student life comfortable and balanced.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified, supportive, and very approachable. The teaching quality is good and helps in building both theoretical and practical knowledge. The curriculum is updated with emerging technologies like AI, ML, Cybersecurity, and Data Science, making students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but with proper preparation, they are manageable. The passing marks are 35% in each subject, and the pass percentage in our course is very high.

Other: Campus life is vibrant. Students are from different states and backgrounds. Various cultural and technical fests, workshops, hackathons, and seminars are organized at our college. Sports meets, annual day functions, and extracurricular activities are conducted. It make the campus experience lively and engaging. The environment is peaceful and green around the campus. It has good connectivity to the city.

I was satisfied with the labs and teaching, but not that satisfied with the placements.

Placements: Nearly 30 to 40% of the people got placement opportunities. The highest package of this college is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. I think no one got an internship opportunity from our course. Emphasis is recruiting nearly 15 to 20 members.

Infrastructure: Faculty members of this college are friendly towards the studies, and they will encourage and help in various situations, like cultural activities, technical activities, extracurricular activities, and co-curricular activities. In classrooms, it contains a board, a table, benches, and a projector.

Faculty: There are so many senior faculty members to help the students with good knowledge, and some of the faculty members who do not have good knowledge about the course are also there. Overall, the quality of the teaching is okay. Semester exams were not that difficult if we came across the proper class.

Everything is good. Regarding faculty, they are friendly with students.

Placements: About 75% of students got placed in the college. We have top recruiting companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Emphasis, Basis, etc. We have campus recruitment training to get selected in the top recruiting companies, where students are trained according to the company's patterns.

Infrastructure: A vast space is provided for everything. We have A/C in the labs. We have a big library where we have almost 500 books regarding all the branches, and also for other exam preparations. The class is also big, where easily 60 students can sit, and it is provided with 4 fans in each class.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and coordinate with the students in all aspects. They will help the students participate in the technical and non-technical events. The semester exams will be moderate, and the pass percentage in the college is 60%.

Other: I have chosen AI because, at present, AI is a booming technical skill. As it is booming, everyone should learn about AI.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available or permitted for students in the college. The labs, classrooms, and library are good, but the labs have limited equipment for experiments. The faculty members are friendly with students. Coming to the hostel, there is no Wi-Fi, but the food is good. However, there are no medical facilities in either the college or the hostel. Sports and games options are also lacking, as they are conducted only before certain events.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive; most of them are well-qualified and make the topics easy to understand. The curriculum is relevant and covers industry-related concepts. Exams are not very difficult. If we attend classes and study regularly, we can pass without much stress. The fee structure is reasonable compared to the facilities provided. Quality teaching and placement support make it worth the money, though the hostel and food could be better. Campus life is active with cultural fests, sports, and different student clubs. The crowd is friendly and interactive, which makes the environment enjoyable. Good opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities.

Good placement opportunities, they encourage all students and well-behaved faculty.

Placements: Approximately 200 students are placed every year from our college with an average package of 4 LPA. Many companies visit our campus for placements, including Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Emphasis, Basis, Deloitte, and others. All the selected students receive internship letters, and most of the offers are for the role of associate software engineer. Wi-Fi is not available or permitted for students in the college. The labs, classrooms, and library are good, but the labs have limited equipment for experiments. The faculty members are friendly with students. Coming to the hostel, there is no Wi-Fi, but the food is good.

Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi options in college and hostel, food was so good in hostel, but wardens are the worst wardens, they ask money from students, and the labs and classrooms are clean and good. Sports are less they won't conducted, they are conducted before any events, that's it. Canteen is there in college, but the food is too expensive and not hygienic, so it's better to carry home-made food for your health.

Faculty: Exams we can pass if we study, otherwise not easy, and teachers are not that knowledgeable, they wrote in a paper before coming to class, they just prepare before class, they don't know much about the subject, so they are disappointed with this topic. The course curriculum is good. All good, good college, but some things need to be changed.

Other: Not much events are conducted here.
