NEET Gujarati Question Paper Pattern and Syllabus
The NEET exam pattern and NEET syllabus are the same irrespective of the medium or language of the question paper. No, marks are not deducted for unanswered questions in NEET. However, the NTA applies negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer in the NEET UG examination.
No, the NEET exam or NEET question paper does not have any optional questions. Although there used to be 20 optional questions in total in between the years 2022 and 2024, but 2025 onwards, the optional questions in NEET were removed as part of the revision or change in the NEET exam pattern as per the pre-COVID era. Hence, the NEET 2025 question paper will not carry any optional questions, and will have 360 mandatory questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

NTA has released the NEET 2025 question paper in Gujarati PDF on its official website. Last year, NEET question papers had four sets, 45, 46, 47 and 48. As many as 58,836 candidates had appeared for the NEET 2024 exam in Gujarati medium. The number is higher than last year. NTA did not release the NEET 2024 question paper in Gujarati PDF. The NEET sample paper by NTA for 2026 exam has not been released yet. However, the last 5 years NEET question paper PDFs are available. Candidates can practice through the previous years papers or NEET mock tests.
There are generally four Sets of NEET question papers, which are further segregated into six parts. However, in NEET 2025, there were four sets of the NEET question paper, which were named as 45, 46, 47, and 48, and these were not further divided into six subsets, which was followed till the previous year. The names of the NEET 2024 question paper Sets and codes are Q, R, S and T. For the NEET 2024 re-exam, the question paper sets were A, B, C and D. The multiple Sets and codes in the NEET question papers ensure that there is no malpractice in the conduct of the exam. The names of the Sets and codes of the regional NEET question papers are different from the English ones. While distributing the question papers of NEET invigilators had to ensure that they did not give the same set of question papers to two consecutive candidates. Once candidates are given the NEET question paper by invigilators, they need to check whether the question paper and test booklet, or answer sheet, is of the same code. In case of a mismatch, they need to bring the matter to the invigilator's notice. In case they submit the NEET test booklet with a different code from that of the NEET question paper, their exam will stand cancelled.
The NTA prepares multiple sets of NEET question papers every year to avoid malpractices in the exam. There are generally four sets of question papers. One set of question paper is further divided into six sets. Hence, there are a total of 24 unique NEET question papers. The questions remain the same, but their arrangement is different in every set.

NEET 2023 Question Paper in Gujarati
In NEET 2023, as many as 53,027 candidates opted for the Gujarati language question paper. However, NTA has not released the NEET 2023 Gujarati question paper PDF on its official websites. It will be provided here on this page as and when NTA releases it. However, students who have opted for the NEET Gujarati question paper for 2024 may check with previous years' candidates to get their hands on the question papers.
