It offers BBA and MBA by its business division, The Pearl Academy School of Business in Fashion and Lifestyle Business Management, Global Luxury Brand Management, Advertising and Brand Management and Media and Entertainment Management.
 
From 2024, all degree programmes at Pearl Academy and Pearl Academy School of Business are awarded in affiliation with the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), which is a Government of India Institution of National Importance, on par with IITs, IIMs, NIDs, and AIIMS.
