Pearl Academy, Mumbai offers UG Diploma, PG Diploma, and Professional Certificate courses in Design, Fashion, Communication, and Media fields. The institute has alliances with globally-renowned fashion design colleges that provide international exposure to students. Depending upon the applied course, admission is granted based on merit or an entrance exam. Admission to these courses is offered on the basis of the Pearl Academy Entrance Exam or PAF Entrance Exam and Personal Interview (PI). Moreover, now it is accepting CUET Scores as well. Pearl Academy Mumbai calls candidates for a personal interview before finalizing admission.

The academy conducts Pearl Academy Entrance Exam (PAF). PAF Entrance Exam consists of GPT (General Proficiency Test) and DAT (Design Aptitude Test). Candidates seeking admission to PGDM, UG Diploma, or PG Diploma courses shall take this test. For PGDM admissions, scores of national-level entrance exams are also accepted.

Since Pearl Academy is not a degree-providing institute, it does not require UGC approval. It provides a Diploma and PG Diploma on completion of UG and PG courses, respectively. The institute also offers short-term professional courses in various streams. A total of 45 courses are offered at Pearl Academy, Mumbai.

Admission to all the courses at Pearl Academy Mumbai is entrance-based. Candidates who clear the entrance exam are called for a compulsory personal interview round. The steps involved in the academy admission procedure are:

Pearl Academy Mumbai application form is available online as well as offline. Candidates can submit the duly filled application form along with the application fee of INR 1,500. STEP 2: Shortlisting via PFA

The result for each of the course is published on the Pearl Academy official website. Additionally, individual scorecards are also emailed to the students. Note that for PGDM, candidates can submit CAT/MAT/NMAT/XAT/GMAT scores.

STEP 3: Personal Interview

Candidates selected based on scores in the entrance exam need to appear for the interview round.

STEP 4: Payment of Admission Fee & Admission Confirmation

Placements: I didn't get placed yet because I am still in the first year. The highest package offered is 16 LPA, and the lowest package is 7 LPA. VM, brand manager, sales manager, assistant director, and fashion journalist roles are offered. 100% of students got placed in the last two years. Amazon, Vogue, etc., companies come here.

Infrastructure: I did not avail the hostel, but it is overpriced, and the food is horrible. Labs and field trips are good and informative. The process and amount of information given to students...

Placements: The college offers 99% guaranteed placements. It has big companies offering many good jobs. The faculty in Pearl train us on how to give interviews beforehand so that the entire process goes smoothly. I have an amazing and joyful experience.

Placements: We have a 100% placement ratio as a graphic designer. The highest salary offered is around 1.2 lac per month, and the lowest salary offered is around Rs. 50,000 per month. No, you cannot. Pearl Academy is offering UG, PG and Professional level programmes. The minimum eligibility criteria for UG courses is 10+2. So you have to first complete your 12th.
