The IIIT Vadodara- Diu Campus JEE Main cutoff 2025 ranged from 31524 to 39003 in the first round. In the last round, the cutoff ranged from 64458 to 79729. According to both these rounds, B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, International Diu Campus was the hardest BTech course for admission at this institute. IIIT Vadodara- Diu Campus admission was the easiest for the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering course, which had the last round cutoff of 257232. This is true because the lower the cutoff, the higher the competition and vice versa. 

While BTech ECE was the easiest course, students who want admission to the most popular course, i.e., B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, International Diu Campus, needed to attain a rank of at least 246341 to be considered eligible for this course. IIIT Vadodara- Diu Campus Cutoff 2025 for ST AI Category

The first round cutoff for the ST AI category was closed at a rank of 4252. On the other hand, for the last round, the cutoff went up to 529903. The reason there's a huge jump in the cutoff ranks is that the first six rounds of counselling are conducted by JoSAA and the remaining three by CSAB to fill the leftover seats.

Admission to this institute was only possible after attempting the JEE Main entrance exam. For the EWS category students belonging to the All India category, the most sought-after course in the first round was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, International Diu Campus, with the closing rank of 5666.

The highest cutoff admissible for this category was 1277540 for the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, International Diu Campus course. On the other hand, enrollment for the EWS AI category closed at a rank of 98300. This difference in the ranks says that the competition here was more lenient in comparison.
