Neutrally satisfied. Good in terms of surroundings. Poor infrastructure and average facilities.
Placements: Many students in my college have been placed and have placement experience. Around 30 to 40% of my college batch have secured positions in some reputable companies all over India, especially in Delhi. Some top recruiting companies for my course, that is B.Sc. Computer Science, are Accenture, Microsoft, Shops, Meesho, etc. For my course, around 10 to 20% students have got internship. The top roles offered in my course are tech-based.
Infrastructure: The faculty members and infrastructure available for our department, like Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms, are good. We have good Wi-Fi facilities. The labs have working computers and AC, and the classrooms are also average. The library has good working AC and many other facilities. Our college has no hostel facilities. Talking about the food in the mess, it is average in taste and affordable. Medical facilities are available and different facilities for physically challenged students are also available, like special toilets.
Faculty: The teachers are not really knowledgeable, but they are efficiently qualified. They are helpful, but as in my course, their helpfulness is not really useful. They lack teaching skills. The course curriculum is not really relevant as it does not make the students industry-ready, but it only makes the student knowledgeable in a theoretical way and not in a skillful manner. The semester exams in my college are not really difficult. They are average in difficulty level, and the passing percentage is around 40 percent, but attendance is compulsory 70 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to take admission in Delhi University, and the best things about my course are that it provides different knowledge in the tech industry, like coding, which is beneficial in today’s generation job. The things that I wish were better about my course is that it could have provided more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. My college has fewer events, and the campus crowd is average. Surroundings are good, and scholarship chances are very less. As in extracurricular activities, our college is not active.

Is Aryabhatta College worth it? A student's review.
Placements: In my course, placements are quite limited as most of the focus is on B.Com courses, while comparatively fewer opportunities are available in my department. The highest packages are usually offered to students from other departments, whereas the average package for my department remains around 4-5 LPA. Most students prefer pursuing higher studies, and internships are common with students interning at startups, NGOs, or corporate companies, depending on their interests and skills.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Aryabhatta College is quite decent, offering facilities like Wi-Fi, spacious classrooms, AC in labs, and a well-stocked library with a large reading room for peaceful study. A special focus has been given to students' comfort, with a girls' common room provided for safety and privacy, along with well-maintained washrooms that make the campus more convenient. While lab facilities are limited for some departments, the overall campus is student-friendly. Hostel facilities are not available, so students usually opt for PGs or Flats nearby. The canteen food is average, medical support is basic, and sports facilities see decent participation.
Faculty: Faculty at Aryabhatta College are helpful, qualified, and teachers explain concepts clearly. However, the curriculum is outdated, and newer teaching approaches could be adopted. In my course, the number of faculty members is fewer, and exams are conducted as per the DU curriculum, which are moderately difficult. The timetable is very hectic, with hardly any breaks, and attendance rules are quite strict.

Good infrastructure, average in placements, and average faculty.
Placements: Placement cell is average and mid. Around 40% of students get placed after 3rd year. The highest package of salary has gone up to Rs. 80,000- Rs. 90,000, but such offers are rare. On average, students get around 3-4 LPA, and the lowest starts from 2 LPA. However, the placement drive is not very strong and active, but it is improving day by day. The main recruiters are from government hospitals, private companies, and job roles are mainly from finance and business.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good, as I liked it too much. This college has 3 buildings, 2 old and 1 new building. The new building has approximately 8 floors and is in process. But the classes have started in a new building. It has 2 canteens (one cafeteria and one utility center). There is enough space for sitting in free time. Also, RLA is connected to Aryabhatta, so we can also go there. Labs are in good condition for my department.
Faculty: Faculty is not that good. Strictness is very much in my department. Curriculum is followed as instructed by University of Delhi. Exams and syllabus get difficult as we move to next semester. Choices are also provided for exams like GE, AEC, SEC, and VAC. Library is also there and has enough books for each course.
Other: There is very strictness in terms of attendance. We should maintain at least 66.67%. Fest is not good as it is held in a small space near canteen. College doesn't provide college ground for fest. Timetable of my course is very hectic. It should be improved.

Aryabhatta college DU at a glance.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. computer science from Aryabhatta College. For our course, you can't count on our college to provide placements, but our departmental society and teachers are very active and do participate in empowering and helping us out for the placements.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very pretty and peaceful; for a newly established college, it does exceed its expectations. There is a new building in progress for our college. Hostel, auditorium, and a better library are some aspects where our college does lack.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and seem passionate about the subject they are teaching; they are very clear about what we can and cannot expect from our course since day one. The curriculum sure is one thing, which is very vast and can cut down a little. Our college is very serious about our academic performance.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computer science, and I am really enjoying my time learning about it more. Although I do believe if there is a more practical aspect added to our course, it will be far better and could help us in the upcoming world. You will find all kinds of people in our college and nonetheless feel inspired by each one. Our campus is very peaceful, and many programs happen here and there.

    Natural environment that fostered growth.
Placements: There was no specific campus placement for our course because, due to COVID-19, situations were different and difficult to navigate through as the pandemic was full of uncertainties. However, the batch that passed before the COVID pandemic SAT for on-campus placement has a placement cell unit that is responsible for organizing it. Companies like Dettol visited and recruited students.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were clean, well-furnished, and well-ventilated. The labs were good; there were two labs. The labs for the computer science department were more spacious as compared to the labs for the math department, where we were to use late mathematics and HTML.
Faculty: The professors were qualified and knowledgeable. They were interactive, friendly, and amicable. They focused on a better understanding of concepts, never pressured us to learn, and made learning enjoyable for us. They were helpful and readily available for doubt clearance sessions. Pass percentage was 95%, mostly excelling in semester exams. Few got back to one or two subjects in total. The curriculum is not out-of-date; it provides a foundation for higher math algorithm formulations.
Other: Being a PCMB student, I loved calculus, and I still do. I was not sure what I really wanted to do; I just followed my interest; it was calculus. Essential improvements need to be made in the placement sphere. Crowds and connectivity are vibrant there; festivals and societies function smoothly, and they foster community engagement.

    Average DU college’s experience.
Placements: The placements are based on your skills. Some of the seniors got placed while the others are doing Masters. The placements from this college are very minimal and people have applied for jobs off-campus. The college organizes a job and internship fair for the students.
Infrastructure: Our course requires computer labs and we are provided with 4 AC labs having good internet connection. We have a two storey library including the sitting area. There are 2 canteens along with a utility centre. The hostel is not available in our college but in the nearby areas, PGs are available.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and guide us well. The curriculum is more of theoretical knowledge and less of practical knowledge. If we want to become industry ready, you have to learn some skills on our own and not wait for the college to teach us. The teachers solve all the PYQs with us so we can get the idea of exams.
Other: I chose this course because Computer Science is an emerging subject in today's world and would help us in the real world. Fests are organized well by the students council and the cultural society. The societies and clubs actively organize fests and activities for the students.
