Barely anyone from my course applied for placements as there are very few openings for the science department, Although placements in the commerce department are comparatively high.

ARSD College from my point of view.
Placements: Our college has a specific placement cell for students. However, for courses like B.Com, placements are fewer. We have placements, but they are very few. Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC are the top recruting companies. 50 - 60 percent of students get internships. After B.Com, top roles offered are finance, consulting, audit, and sales. The average package is 5 LPA to 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: ARSD infrastructure and facilities are good. We have labs for almost every department in our college. We even have a separate commerce department for courses like B.Com and B.Com programme. We have proper Wi-Fi facilities also, we have a functional library with AC. In our canteen, we have a variety of items and we also have outlets of Nescafe and Mother Dairy. We have a good canteen space. We have an open gym, indoor badminton court, basketball court, football ground, cricket ground, and we can access all the sports equipment from the college sports department.
Faculty: Faculty of the ARSD College is qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. 90 percent of our professors have a Ph.D. degree. Many senior faculty members possess more than 15 to 30 years of teaching expertise. Semester exams are not very hard. We can easily achieve an 8 CGPA with other professional courses. Our college passing percentage is between 80 and 95 percent.
Other: It has value for money because there are so many societies from which you can learn many things and also improve your skills other than bookish knowledge. The overall crowd is also good and nice student union and professors.

NIRF ranking is good but expectations won't match.
Placements: Chemistry placements, especially, are very rare, and no Chemistry placement data as such is available for internships, placements, and other package-related things. There is a placement cell, it works really well for commerce. Internships usually aren't related to a Chemistry major but to commerce and other courses.
Infrastructure: College provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, e-library, canteen, sports, etc. Wi-Fi is poor, but works. Labs are good, but many equipment aren't available. Classrooms are good, but there is no AC. The library is so good that it contains a huge number of books, and the library is overall really good, and also we have an e-library. The canteen is good too, cheaper and hygienic. Sports are available too. There is no hostel in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, except for a few. Teaching quality is good, it depends on the classroom environment. Semester exams are not as such difficult even if you study during exam time, you can pass but to aim for a good CGPA, you have to study properly. You have to score 40 percent to pass.
Other: I chose this college because it holds NIRF rank 6 in 2024, which comes in the top DU colleges, and also ARSD is a top college of South campus DU. There are events that happen throughout the college year, and the campus crowd is good too. There are some scholarships available. Extracurricular activities are good. There are a lot of societies, sports, events, and seminars. The annual fest of the college is really good.

Would recommend this college, 10/10 campus life, and good infrastructure.
Placements: The average package usually ranges around 4 LPA-6 LPA, for undergraduate courses, it's generally up to 6 LPA-7 LPA maximum. Top recruiting companies are KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro, PwC, Tech Mahindra, etc. Internships are available from early semester, its fine overall.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent. Wi-Fi is average as it works only in certain places, the library is good and has AC. The classrooms are decent. There is no hostel facility. The medical facility is average-good. It's a massive 12.3-acre campus with a huge ground.
Faculty: The teachers are great. The course curriculum is good. It makes the student industry-ready. The semester exams are sometimes tough but at a moderate level normally. A minimum of 40 percent is required to pass the examination. The attendance should be maintained at least at 65 percent.
Other: Very renowned course. The campus is great. Fests, surroundings, and events, all are very fun.

Need for improvements in ARSD.
Placements: Honestly, the placements are decent. It obviously depends on the individual and the efforts they put in. The placement cell is quite active, and many companies come for internships and placements. An average package of 6 LPA can be achieved easily.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi can be improved. The library is actually very good, but the seating capacity should be increased. The classrooms do not have ACs. The Commerce Department is still better than the others. The canteen is too congested. Other facilities are average or above average. The sports facilities need improvement.
Faculty: A few faculty members are really good, while a few are just pathetic, especially the administrative office. A lot of courses are available, so there is a good opportunity to explore. Most students pass the exams or clear their backlogs, so the exams are not that difficult. However, scoring more than an 8 CGPA is quite tough.
Other: I chose this course because of my own interest and background. The course curriculum is good, but we do not have enough time to understand everything in the syllabus, and even the faculty does not put much pressure on completing the syllabus. Other than that, everything is good, but I feel the campus is a bit small.

About the chemistry department and faculty.
Placements: Placement was not very good for Science students. The companies and agencies that mostly came were for hiring only in software-related work. Even B.Sc. students found it difficult to get placed in Gurgaon-based companies. The alumni network was very poor. B.Sc. general students did not have sufficient support.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was okay. There was no hostel in the college, neither for boys nor girls. The canteen kept changing every year. The library was good. The Star College Scheme and DBT Science Centre were established with the support of professor rajeev singh, who provided wonderful support to undergraduate students.
Faculty: The department had good faculty and research facilities. Professor rajeev singh stood out among all. The research lab was very good. He was very supportive and guided students well. Classes were highly informative and learning-oriented. Subject clarity was best when he taught.
Other: The college had average student festivals. There was a Technology Business Incubator established by professor rajeev singh of the chemistry department. It had previously supported many startups by young students.

The infrastructure is very good.
Placements: About 50-60 percent of students were placed. The average package was 4 LPA and the highest package was around 10 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Wipro, and HCL. The roles offered were software engineer, data analyst, and business analyst. B.A. programme course offered so many opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good. There was so much greenery in my college, a lot of seating arrangements, and the canteen was also so big. The food was so awesome and worthy of the money not so pricey. The sports and games equipment is also present and of very good quality.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and qualified. The course curriculum was very relevant and also very knowledgeable for students. Semester exams were not very tough. The passing percentage is 60 percent and papers are so easy that you can download a PDF for exams.
Other: B.A. programme is my course. I chose this because it offers many subjects which were very good and improved. I think classes should be conducted at the correct time. Fests were also there and organised extracurricular activities were also present on campus.
