In terms of academics and active placement support I would recommend this college.
Placements: The highest package offered was 22 LPA by DE Shaw and the lowest was 2 LPA. Around 25-30 companies visited our placement. We had access to Alumni internship and placement opportunities through the placement cell (Vriddhi) which was actively working in bringing job opportunities for alumni.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not good though and our campus size was also small. Canteen food was decent in quality and price. We had a Nescafé cafeteria where you can find tea, coffee, Maggi, chocolates, etc. I tried chilli potato of Rs. 30 during my college days and they were extremely spicy and I had to throw half of the leftovers in the dustbin.
Faculty: Faculty I would say was very supportive and knowledgeable. My psychology teacher also guided me regarding further career opportunities and also gave a handwritten sweet note to the entire class on the last day before exams. The faculty was very nice, cool, and supportive.
Other: Campus life, I would say, was average because it's small, and the infrastructure was also not good. Our college fest and societies were good. I really like the TedxDRC, where I worked as a volunteer, and they organized great speaker sessions online by bringing good and big personalities.

My college is excellent.
Placements: As my course is a BA Hons History, there aren't so many internships and placements, but you have so many other options in our college like societies and other functions and fests.
Infrastructure: College hostels have so many facilities like medical facilities and food. Good mess food is available. There is a canteen, and sports and games are also conducted. In our college there are good classrooms and the best library but there is no Wi-Fi on campus. In the library there is Wi-Fi, and otherwise it's good.
Faculty: Our college faculty is good. I am not sure about any other course but in my course, the faculty is good. You can see professors are very genuine and they can guide you for your future and career options. The college exams are not that hard. If your concepts are clear, then exams will be very easy, but you have to work hard. The course is amazing, you can learn so many new things, and these college activities make you more confident.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in it. I want improvement in the infrastructure of the college. Events are the best. The campus crowd is good. Extra-curricular activities should be improved. They also provide scholarships to those students who are economically weaker.

I recommend everybody should come because the teachers in my English course are good.
Placements: The companies that hire humanities background students are KPMG, Wipro, and various content firms. They offered roles to English Hons students in content writing, business development, public relations, marketing, and analyst positions, and this placement cell is named Vriddhi.
Infrastructure: The modern facilities in the classrooms, particularly the projector, are highly beneficial for my English course, as they greatly assist in our study of novels through film. Additionally, the hostel provides excellent quality with proper food, water, and electricity provisions.
Faculty: All the English department professors are highly educated and helpful, as well as providing their handwritten notes. There is no difficulty in semester exams; we need to cover all the study notes given by the teacher and their lectures. They help us in our problems to learn difficult things easily.
Other: I selected this course due to its potential to enhance my writing and speaking proficiencies, and it notably offers a platform for practical skill development through presentations.

DRC has a pleasing environment!
Placements: Daulat Ram College placements are not so good as Zoology students mostly opt for higher studies or get involved in their research activities. I joined in 2025 and am currently in the second semester and have seen placement activities around me. Commerce students do get good placements here, but the overall percentage count is around 20-30%.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, DRC is much better as painting and new blocks with new features have been added now. The canteen is great, and so is our lawn, as that's the meeting area for society meets and all. The auditorium has been left in dire states as the library was upgraded but not the auditorium.
Faculty: All the faculty members who have taught us thus far are amazing and always cheerful. Practical and research-based learning is what they have infused into our classes. Zoology, especially at DU, is tough as one night's study can't help score big, and therefore during my 1st semester, I started studying a week before and couldn't cross the 8 CGPA mark.
Other: Crowd is the best thing about our college as we get opportunities to participate and perform at other DU colleges as well.

Absolutely satisfied because of active societies, faculty, placements, etc.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students are placed in my course based on their respective qualifications. Top recruiting companies include KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and Accenture. The highest package goes up to 23 LPA, with an average package of about 6 to 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, our library is well maintained with a newly built 'RAMALAYA' within it. It also has a Wi-Fi connection. Although the connection is not that good, it works. Most of the classrooms are air-conditioned. The food in the canteen is very affordable and nice.
Faculty: The faculty of my course is excellent and qualified. They have keen interest in the subject they teach and take all our doubts. Teaching quality is quite nice. They take regular tests to ensure that we students understand and learn the topic thoroughly. However, talking about the curriculum, it focuses majorly on theory rather than practical knowledge to make us industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course since it is one of the most reputed courses. It has very much scope and I also have keen interest in the subject. The fest of our college is very fascinating.

Overall college is nice, recommended for our juniors.
Placements: Around 30–40 percent of people get placed, not more than that. Otherwise, most of them pursue further professional degrees and courses. The highest recorded package is 12 LPA in 2023. Top recruiting companies include ICICI, Deloitte, and the roles offered are mostly consulting or associate-level jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but the classes are not very furnished, they look a bit shabby. Recently, the canteen area is renovated, and it's far better than the canteen in other colleges in North Campus. Labs are nice for Science students. Else, computer labs are also old.
Faculty: Faculty is nice. Staffs are really helpful, but mostly it is dependent on self-study. Professors definitely help whenever any help is required. Teachers are friendly and open to your questions. The semester exams are pretty easy, easy to pass. But if you want to get good marks, you will have to study accordingly, and the marking is also normalized.
