It is an outstanding college with good opportunities.

Placements: Our college provided a few placement opportunities to students of our branch. No core companies visited the college for placement in our batch. Most of the companies were for computer science. Companies like NTT Data, Hitachi, etc., visited the campus for recruitment. Only 40% of the students from the civil branch got placed. Salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA to 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college had an outstanding infrastructure and facilities provided were average. Labs had good instruments and equipment. There were classrooms with a projector system. There was also a facility of internet connection in college. Food served in the hostel was average. Medical facilities were also provided in the college. Cricket tournament was organised every year in college.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were dedicated to their work. They usually completed the syllabus within time. They guided students and were highly helpful. Teaching quality was excellent. The course curriculum we were studying was highly relevant, and it prepares students for industries.

Other: I chose this course because as I want to join a premium government job so that I can serve this nation. The best part of this course was that it gives guidance to students. The college should improve the teaching methodology of the course. Our university provided scholarships to economically weaker section. Surroundings of the college were good.

I am very much satisfied with the college as it provides a platform for overall development.

Placements: Babu Banarsi Das provides placement opportunities in the field of civil engineering. The previous year, the placement rate was almost 75%. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.40 LPA.

Infrastructure: BBDIT is well renowned in terms of infrastructural facilities. There are various classrooms. There is a huge seminar hall. It also provides fully accessible Wi-Fi facility. There are huge playgrounds for different sports like cricket, tennis, etc. We also have digital labs for games like Counter-Strike, PUBG, Mini Militia, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members in BBDIT are well qualified and skilled. All the faculty members are holding a bachelor degree in their field. They also have years of experience. BBDIT follows the guidelines of AKTU, which is located in Lucknow. Even teachers were friendly, and they helped in different projects.

I am dissatisfied with faculty, worst management, but placement and infrastructure were average.

Placements: The college provides campus drive facilities for the students of CS, IT and marketing branches. But if you are in civil or mechanical branches, then probably you may not find opportunity related to your core branch.

Infrastructure: The college is established in the year 2000, under Rajiv Education Trust, so it is a very old college. The infrastructure of our college is simple. Classrooms are normal. There are four blocks namely A, B, C and D, and all blocks are four-storeyed. Each floor has approximately 15-20 rooms. The library is present in the underground D-block. A workshop is also there for practical purposes. Generally, all the labs are available as per the requirements. There is a basketball court, a football ground and extra 2-3 grounds. Boys hostel, a big canteen, a small canteen, one small stationary, other staff rooms, different parking areas and departments are also provided in the college.

Faculty: Faculty members of 1st-year are well-qualified and experienced. But in the other year of B.Tech, you probably find some inexperienced faculty members with low knowledge and less qualification. Their quality of teaching is very poor. They don't try to teach students, and also they are unable to complete the syllabus of the course or subject before the examination.

Other: None of the fests is held in the year 2015-2019. The campus has no crown, and students do not try to come to the college. Samajkalayan provides scholarships. Personal Development (PD) classes are generally provided to gain more money from the student. PD faculty members are experienced but with low-level, and these classes are provided every year with the same repeated teachings. So, the student attends the class to avoid the extra charge for leaving class with all PD fees.

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025. There is no age limit for the candidates. Candidate with below mentioned eligibility are also eligible: Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA. SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects. A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. 2024 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE).
