Refuse admissions in private colleges of B.Tech.

Placements: There is nothing called placements in any private B.Tech college. Like all colleges, RKGEC also has a placement cell which informs the students about placement. The pool campus placements are held in major colleges where students of many colleges came and apply. If you are lucky, you will get an annual salary of 2 to 4 LPA maximum, but about 30% students got this opportunity.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice in RKGEC. It has 3 buildings and 2 hostels. Classrooms are big and comfortable. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled, has a big library, and labs are quite good. Maximum machines in labs are old and rough. The canteen is okay, but little costly. The mess on the campus is big and good, but the food provided lacks nutrition and taste.

Faculty: Our civil branch lacks experienced faculty members in the college, but other trade faculty members are good and experienced. They give no practical or field knowledge, but they only provide theoretical knowledge. No personality development is given to students in the college. The course is good, but there are no industrial visits for students, mainly in the engineering field.

Other: The college organizes a fest and a freshers party, that's it, no other extra activity are conducted on the college. The government gives scholarships only to special caste and category students.

Other: College is good. The faculty is very supportive and the hostel is also very nice and at low fees it provides good facilities. There are hundreds of opportunities in this college for a student to develop and nurture its potential and groom into amazing engineers

Candidate has to have completed 10+2 of CBSE pattern or its equivalent with the above-mentioned minimum total percentage in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics provided the applicant has passed in each subject separately. Candidate also have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination. Blind (including colour blind), deaf and/or dumb Admission in these courses depends on candidate eligibility. Candidate must not be over 21 years old at admission.Candidate should have at least passed qualified exam from an AICTE accredited Institution. Candidate must have passed B.Sc. degree from any recognized University as defined by UGC or have 50% marks in aggregate without any grace. 45% marks for SC/ST Category passed XII grade with Mathematics as a subject and at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST Category) in total without grace.

Counselling
Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). Remaining vacant seats will be filled through rank obtained in JEE mains.
