The college is very good for B.Tech.

Placements: Almost 80% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, DXE, MANDO, Krishna Maruti, Pinnacle, Polybond, etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in the old building of our college. But in the new building, Wi-Fi facility is available. Laboratories are available separately in different buildings. Classrooms are very big. There is a library with many books. The hostel is not clean. Canteen food is not good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. There are six semesters in total. There are two class tests per semester. The pass percentage is 100%.

A college with good infrastructures and facilities.

Placements: Approximately 60% of the students get jobs in the campus placements every year. The package offered to the students lies between 1.50 Lakhs to 3.60 Lakhs. Tops recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, L&T etc. Roles offered in the companies are assistant engineer or junior engineer. CSE students get most of the jobs in the placement drives.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are available for all the courses. Labs of every department are also available. There is central library in the center of our campus. CCTVs are there in every corner of the campus for the safety of the students. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. Food quality is average in the hostel mess and in the college canteen. There is also a sports and cultural room in our college. Medical aid is also available in case of any emergency.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Most teachers have Ph.D. degree or are pursuing it. The teachers never miss any class. Students are made ready for the industry as they undergo many internship programs and industrial trainings throughout the course. Semester exams are relatively easy.

Other: I chose the course because it is required everywhere. The colleges should tie up with some engineers or companies who/which are working in the field. The environment around our campus is pleasant. Most of the students get scholarships. Many events and fests are organized by the students throughout the year.

I am satisfied with the fee structure of this college.

Placements: About 60-70% of students usually get placements every year. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Rashmi Group, L&T, Pinnacle, IBM, Experteez, Reliance Infotech, HCL, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, and many more. Approximately 21% of students got internships from my course this year in companies named TCS, Wipro, Rashmi Group, Xperteez, etc. The top roles offered in my course are site engineer, site manager, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very pleasant environment. There are plenty of plants on our campus. There are classrooms more than we needed. There is a central library in the center of our campus. Labs are available with modern technologies for every subject. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the campus and the hostel. Hostel rooms are decent and clean. The quality of food is pretty well. There are medical facilities available. We play sports and games almost every day.

Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative with students. They help us in every aspect of our studies. Maximum teachers have Ph.D. They teach us very well. Our course is very much relevant. Our teachers teach us in a way that we got placed in the industries. They help us in training also. Semester exams are slightly difficult. The pass percentage is approximately 94-96% every year.

Other: I chose this course because civil engineering is the mother trade of this world. Without civil engineering, nothing is possible. I love this trade, that's why I've enrolled in this course. My course can be better in a way that it should be more industrial rather than the theoretical. Plenty of events are organised throughout the year. Many scholarships are available in my course.

It is a good engineering B. Tech college in Bankura, West Bengal.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Students can call teachers at any time with any doubts. Semester exams are held every six months, and the pass percentage is 100%. This course is very practical.

It is the best college and proud to study at BUIEAN.

Placements: Almost 40% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 18, 000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 12,000 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. Fabcon Technologies is the top recruiting companies. Site engineer is the top role offered to students. The highest salary package offered is 2.16 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1.44 LPA, the average salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. None of the students got an internship from our course.

Infrastructure: It is an engineering college. The college offers courses like civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunication, automobile. Every lab is equipped with every instrument. We get government help and support. Our college provides Wi-Fi. Classrooms are huge. The library is equipped with huge books, and every type of books is available here. The hostel is good, and it is near to the college, there is a college bus to contact between college and hostel. The quality of the food served is medium, not that good. Medical facilities are good. Sports and games are good at this college. Every year college management arrange games and fest.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified enough to teach students and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is excellent. They possess at least a masters degree from a reputed college. When they teach us, they make easy everything so that we can understand easily. Every teacher's behaviour is very good and polite, and they help us and every time. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I like civil, and that is many types of design bridge home. Nowadays, civil is the main part of our daily life. The best thing is our course is field related, many things I can learn, and this is a related practical course. Survey instruments should be better. Fest is organised in our college every year. Even we also arrange freshers welcome, farewell events. The campus crowd is huge with garden, many types of flower. The connectivity is good because it is located beside the road, and we can go everywhere we want, and roads are neat and clean. The college also provides scholarships. Extracurricular activities are also available in our college.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, placement cell, and management.

Placements: The college has its first pass out batch in civil engineering in 2016. That year, only two students got placed, and the rest 58 didn't get any placements. There is a placement cell in the college, which is not efficient.

Infrastructure: You get all the facilities like 10 Kbps Wi-Fi, a library, etc. They are good. You can keep books as long as you want. The quality of labs and classrooms is not good. The quality of food in the canteen is inferior. The hostel is fun always, but it is not clean.

Faculty: The teachers of the college are not helpful, well-qualified, and lacks knowledge in teaching.

I'll not suggest this college. Instead, you can join in any other colleges in Durgapur.

Placements: The placements are not good in this college. You will get the fake companies for recruitment which don't even offer a joining letter. The companies ask for money or to sign up a bond after the students get placed. The campus is worse regarding placements, and I'll never suggest anyone to this campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good in this college, and it requires too much improvement. The canteen is the worst, and the Wi-Fi is not working. The staff is an uneducated local goon. They will talk to you only in Bengali. There is the same condition with the administrative department. Even at the registration, they will not talk to you in English or Hindi. They will talk to you only in Bengali.

Faculty: The faculty are also worse in this college. I think the faculty in this college are of Bengali medium. They don't know how to teach properly, and they are unable to read a book in English fluently. Most of the faculty members fail to clear the doubts of the students. Only the faculty of CSE department is good when compared to the other departments.

Other: There are no fests in this college since 2016 as the college has to provide the funds for the fests. There is Wi-Fi throughout the campus which is the only good part in this college.

A good college with a nice place and people to interact. The faculty and placements are good.

Placements: The placements are neither too good nor too bad. Several companies came last year for campus placements. Only 50% of the students are placed (approximately). The college gives most of the placements to IT branches. This college also provides several placements to core branches. In the last year, core branches got very good placements. Several famous construction companies come for placements. Most of the students have the job before final semester. The placement occurs in the final year mostly in the final semester. The college also provides internship with several companies and also training. The computer science gets most of the training as the college has nice collaboration with IT field.

Infrastructure: The laboratory is equipped with every instrument that is needed. Every room has the projector , whiteboard, well-maintained chairs and tables for comfort while having classes. The building is though not an impressive one, and you will feel like you are in a school.

Faculty: The faculty are good but not the best. Some faculty members are very responsive and know how to interact and teach, but some are just worst. The civil department has very good faculty members, though some of our teachers have the communication issue. English is the language for class interaction, but sometimes you can also ask them to explain in Bengali. As per now no teacher in the civil department know Hindi. Above all English is the main language. Language and personality development class is an impressive one. The course is designed by MAKAUT (WBUT). We all know syllabus is a bit outdated according to the current generation, but college can't do anything regarding this.

Other: When comparing the amount of fee with other private colleges, you will get the better deal. We all know education is business nowadays. This college provides educational tour, site visit, great bus service, good people, and nature enriched place where it is located. The college has all the lab equipment for every department. The classrooms have projectors, whiteboard, and modern desk and chair seating arrangements. The college is fully Wi-Fi, but you sometimes get very good speed sometimes very low. A good library with tons of books and a nice reading room too. You can do your Xerox or photocopy inside the college from library room (paid). The college is powered by its own 40 KW grid solar power, but the building is not an impressive one.
