Absolutely love the campus.
Placements: 100% of students got placed out of 120 students. The highest salary is 20 LPA. The lowest salary is 10 LPA. The median salary is 12 LPA. Top recruiters are Asian Paints, Godrej, Infosys, CRISIL, Accenture, Century Ply, start-ups also offering good placements, etc. Roles offered mostly are AM, RM, data analytics, sales and marketing, SCM, etc.
Infrastructure: Clean, homely vibes, good water, food Wi-Fi connectivity, and mess committee are doing wonders here. The quality of food is nice compared to other colleges. Classrooms are well infrastructure and have 12 bloomberg terminals with well-known experienced faculty members.
Faculty: Teachers are well experienced and knowledgeable. Curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Pass percentage is 50%. Exams are a little bit difficult. Faculty members are really very helpful along with 1:1 personalized buddy mentorship program.
Other: Cultural committee and sports committee conduct all the best events.

All facilities are good here except for placements.
Placements: BIM would promote themselves using placements, which they currently are not capable of and after we join the institute, they would tell us that there are no placement agencies. Many students left the institute without any offers. BIM would promote saying they have good placements and after we join, they would say we are not a placement agency to get us all placed. They would say that if we do not get placed it is not going to affect us, and we did not seek placements through the institute. Many companies with a package of less than 6 LPA are brought for the placements. Most companies come only to add it to their brochure, and these companies would just collect the resume and leave. Only 4 finance companies came and only 6 students got placed in the finance domain. The promotional page contains recruiters from 10 years ago. The list of recruiters includes RBI, which they sent the link to apply for the RBI exam and NaBFID. Organsition. Institution feels that their reputation would be lost if they ask help from alumni, so many students left the institute jobless. The unplaced students are threatened not to ask alumni for help.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Professors are not happy with the institute. There are a lot of internal politics going on. They would redirect recruiters to other colleges. There is no proper understanding between faculty members, if anyone other than the placements chairman brings some companies, then the placements chairman would not allow the company and in the end, students get affected. They won't conduct exams properly and results will be delayed. Exams for some subjects we study in the current trimester are conducted only in the next trimester.
Other: Placements chairman threatened to resign from the post due to internal politics during my tenure there. All the students are left hopeless. If we take the list of people who continue in the same job after 6 months it is very less, because most of the companies coming are for sales which is hectic. We studied analytics, operations, supply chain management, and Finance courses and ended up as salespeople.
