All facilities are good here except for placements.

Faculty: Professors are not happy with the institute. There are a lot of internal politics going on. They would redirect recruiters to other colleges. There is no proper understanding between faculty members, if anyone other than the placements chairman brings some companies, then the placements chairman would not allow the company and in the end, students get affected. They won't conduct exams properly and results will be delayed. Exams for some subjects we study in the current trimester are conducted o...

The faculty of BIM is not only experienced but also uses modern technology.

Faculty: There are 6 trimesters: 3 in the first year and 3 in the second year. On average, there are around 8 subjects in each trimester, with a mix of 3-credit, 2-credit, and 1-credit papers. In the second year, students can choose their own electives based on their specialization, like HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems, or General Management. Sixty percent weightage is given to internal assessment while 40% is given to the end-term exam, which is conducted out of 100. Internal assessment has ...

Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent. Our teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable guides. The same-day exams are so difficult. There are so many problems based on the same exams for students. The passing percentage is above 40%. The syllabus for students in our course is easy to learn.

BIM, you instilled confidence to meet the world!

Faculty: The faculty members are all who have industry exposure and experience in the subjects they train. They are available for queries almost all the time. A classroom session is always interactive. It also comprises presentations by students, activities, debates and much more. The take aways from the classes are worth a million. Needless to say, the curriculum is periodically updated.

Holistic learning and a heart-warming culture.

Faculty: Coming to the faculty members, BIM has a rich mix of in-house experienced professors handling the different streams of management. In addition to in-house faculty members, a lot of external faculty members come to campus to impart their knowledge in various specialised subjects like analytics, digital and social media marketing etc. A healthy mix of theory and practicals is ensured. The course curriculum is useful especially because the teachings integrate all streams and not silos.

A good institution with good students where both can strive to be the best.

Faculty: Leaving a few, most of the faculty are knowledgeable and helpful, with some from very well qualified backgrounds. The college being a small one from a small city like Trichy, there are only a few in-house faculties and a majority of the faculty are visiting professors from various reputed institutions across South India. The pedagogy is mostly conventional using either blackboard or power point, most of the professors welcome open discussions in class and engage us through appropriate case discu...

They do that by understanding the nature and composition of students we have. Our two-year full-time residential MBA programme with specialisations offered in marketing, finance, strategy, systems, operations and human resource management, under the guidance of our learnt faculty will transform the students into responsible leaders.
