Worth studying if you got this college in counselling. Need to think twice about management quota.

Placements: Placements are said to be above 90 percent for CSE department. Cybersecurity placements are still new, so I don't have much information on that, and the average package is above 8 LPA for the CSE department. Core departments like mechanics and EEE are not excellent compared to the CSE counterparts. The mechatronics department is well-versed in our college.

Infrastructure: Hostels are pretty basic. Above that, everything is maintained nicely. The laundry is done by the hostel. Food is as expected from any other hostel, so don't hold any expectations. Hostel life is good. Infrastructure is amazing in my opinion since I visited many colleges. I don't expect much freedom from the college side. The labs are pretty much digital for CSE, and they teach us hands-on practicals for the subject and exam.

Faculty: The teachers are mostly Ph.D. from IIIT or NIT. Some have working experience in the particular field, and most of them are friendly. There are some faculty members, as usual in many colleges, who do not teach very well. There are working professionals from actual companies who guide you through active tests on online portals for coding and many things.

Other: There are practical-focused studies, and many of the subjects are based on them. There are no fests, culturals, freshers' day or anything. Don't expect anything like that in our college. It is worth it if you got from counselling.

Review of EEE in Sri Krishna College.

Placements: In the 2025 batch the placements for EEE were really good. Many students got placed in IT companies and many in core companies also even a foreign core company came which is in Dubai and some students got placed in it. This college was best for placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was really good, green with more buildings now. The hostel was now enhanced with new rooms AC and non-AC. Canteens were available both inside and outside the hostel. Classrooms were comfortable with good lab facilities. Wi-Fi was available in all labs for you to connect your laptops. There was a fast library here.

Faculty: Faculty members were okay. The curriculum was good with hands-on practice and theory classes. Exams were easy as it was an autonomous college. You can come out with a good CGPA. There was 100 percent pass percentage at the end when you get a degree.

Other: I studied CSE and my friend studied EEE. When you choose EEE you can opt for both IT and core companies which was a good thing.

Good for studies and bad for experience.

Placements: The highest package offered is 44 LPA at Amazon, and almost everyone got placed, but at least with 3.5 LPA-4 LPA. According to records, the average salary is 6.5 LPA, but from my respective experience, most of the students are getting placed in lower packages in mass recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, and CTS. My faculty told me that many companies come specifically for AIDS students. I don't have much interaction with my seniors because there are very few events and no cultural events to work together with seniors.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and the library are very good. Labs are decent. I faced a Wi-Fi problem in my 3rd semester, but now there are no issues, it's working fine. Hostel food is not a balanced meal (only carbohydrate, lacking in other nutrients), the taste is decently good, and the food hygiene is also good. During my first year, they didn't give much importance to sports and games, but now sports are also given little importance. 1st year students have a PT period in their regular timetable (1hr/5days). Gym infrastructure is very limited (too much crowd).

Faculty: College faculty members are decent, and the teaching quality is also decent. The faculty members are always advised to be friendly with the students so they don't feel strict or like that and there are a few exceptions as well. The industrial subjects are taught by knowledgeable industry trainers, and feedback is sought at the end of every day during industry training classes. The problem with industry classes is block teaching, which is continuous industrial training for 15 days, where many students are left out because they are super fast. Semester exams are difficult and the exam correction is the worst.

Other: I aimed for Computer Science, but during counselling, I got this course. The AIDS department gives less freedom than other departments in our college. If they remove block teaching and include the industry classes with the regular classes, that will be good. Events and fests are very rare. There is no such thing as a cultural event. Senior-junior interaction is extremely low. Scholarships are available for students who come from the government quota.

SKCET life in short words.

Placements: Placements are good. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, etc. The placements are good, but only for limited people. Top placements would go. As the crowd is increased this year, so things can change. If you want to study well and get placed in a company, it's better compared to some colleges.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and hostel food is decent. Infrastructure is seriously good. Plants everywhere. Hostel food is decent and good, to be honest. Everyday snacks are provided. Some shops and food canteens are available here, so if you want junk food, it is available here.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, especially in studies. If you are excellent in sports, there are opportunities here too. The Krishna ground is big and superb, to be honest. Compared to other colleges, the ground is superb, and it is available on Sundays too for hostellers.

Other: I choose this course because I like Computer Science.

The curriculum is really excellent, dissatisfied because there are no events, otherwise good.

Placements: Above 85 percent of the students got placed. In 2023, 97 percent of students were placed. The lowest package is 5 LPA, and the highest is 95 LPA. Recruiting companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, and Google. 50-60 percent of students got internships. Roles offered are software developer and data analyst.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available, like Wi-Fi with a specific user ID and password, labs, classrooms, and library. The hostel facilities are good. The hostel food is only vegetarian, and it is average. They give importance to sports. Medical facilities are also available and 24/7 ambulance facility is available.

Faculty: All faculty members are experienced and qualified. The teaching quality is good, and it is relevant to the industry. It is very useful to be placed in top companies. The semester exams are a little bit harder. The average pass percentage is above 75-80 percent.

Other: Computer Science courses are now developing today, which makes me choose this course. Everything is good, there is nothing to improve. There are no events, they mainly focus on study, which is the biggest issue in our college.

Good college with good quality.

Placements: 90 percent of the students get placed in my college. The remaining 10 percent have a slightly lower chance of placement. I think 40 LPA is the highest package. 4 LPA is the lowest package. I don't know the percentage of students who get internships in my college. I am sorry for that. I also don't know about the top role offered at my college.

Infrastructure: My college has good infrastructure for all departments. It provides all kinds of facilities on the college campus. The only issue is the Wi-Fi network. Hostel quality is good. It is clean and neat. But in the food department, there is little doubt about the quality. Most of the time, the food is worse than at my college. The room they provide is good.

Faculty: In SKCET, most of the teachers are well-qualified. They are qualified for their job in teaching. They learn daily and teach the students with up-to-date knowledge. Most of the courses are relevant to the industry. Some courses are not related to the industry. It is difficult most of the time. I think 95 percent of the students pass their exams. The remaining students do not pass due to their attitude.
