Review of Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology.
Placements: There are no placements and internships in our college. Our college doesn't provide more opportunities for talented students and also doesn't provide more technological knowledge. None of the students got placed from our batch as placements are very poor here. At the time of internships, we faced many problems due to our college management.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good, and the hostel environment is beautiful. Our branch classrooms are good with all the facilities. Our college has 2 libraries, one is the main library, while the other one is the branch library. All other facilities like hospitality and mess are good and affordable.
Faculty: Our college absolutely provides quality teaching, but none of the students wants to get extra activities. So they won't get any extracurricular activities. The teaching provided here is good, but the students are lazy. Even nowadays, lecturers also became lazy. There are no good lecturers for design engineering.
Other: I'm very much interested in mechanical from my childhood, so I did. I want to suggest VTU to not to trouble students and should change syllabus from theoretical to practical, which automatically improve the quality of education. Our college doesn't organise many events, but scholarships are provided by the government. Our college doesn't conduct extracurricular activities.

The best college in northern Karnataka in terms of faculty, campus, and placements.
Placements: The college provides placements to students. Most of the salary packages offered start from 1.80 LPA and the maximum package offered was 5 LPA. Many of the alumni are placed in Canada, Australia, Oman, Dubai and USA. Mainly core companies related to the mechanical stream such as Marine Drive and some other companies from Pune visit the college for placements. Core companies related to the civil stream such as Shobha Developers, Ramky, and L&T also visit the college to conduct campus placements. This year, the college made arrangements to provide internships to students in the nearby locality. There is a training and placement cell in the college, and in recent times, the college conducted tests for GATE exam and aptitude.
Infrastructure: The campus is spread over 32 acres and has lush greenery. Wi-Fi access is provided to all the students. Computer labs are modern and air-conditioned. Mechanical labs are equipped with a number of machines to work on. The electronic department has modern labs. The college has signed an MOU with TCS for conducting different service exams. Students don't need to go to other centres for attending the GATE exam as the college has its own centre in the area. Hostels are available for both boys and girls, and separate facilities are provided to them. Canteen is the main reason why you would not be interested in choosing this college. The library is open for students till midnight during the exams time.
Faculty: The teachers here are qualified, and most of the teachers have done PhD in their respective subjects. The minimum experience of some teachers in the mechanical engineering department is nearly 22 years. New teachers are being recruited based on their experience. Teaching quality is average, and teaching is done through projectors and screens. Teachers complete the syllabus in due time. Students are taken to sugarcane factory, nearby dams, and road projects for industry exposure.
Other: The college held its 19th VTU Youth Festival. Ranbhoomi is a fest that is conducted every year. Extracurricular activities include students taking part in TCS Techquest. There is good connectivity to Hyderabad, Kalaburgi, Bangalore, and Nanded. The campus is surrounded by lush green forest and fields.

Overall good college only placement issue.
Placements: They organised placement mela, but few companies were good only. Rest of are for namesake only. I didn't get any campus placements. Out of 10, I will give 3 for placement of college. You have to get prepared for your placement. They provide early placements to the students, and you will get theoretical knowledge.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice. Around 35 acres campus is there including canteen, garden & playground. The classrooms have modern table, bench & projector. The labs have all equipment & machinery. Very plus point of this college is infrastructure. I love to show up my college picture.
Faculty: Faculty members are also good, but they will not cover your syllabus. Only you have to complete by yourself. Maximum faculty members have good knowledge in Tier subjects. The lab in-charges also have good knowledge. HOD's are supporting, and they will resolve your problems.

The campus placement is the only liability to this college.
Placements: During my time, there wasn't any single placement that took place because of the higher recession in the mechanical industry. There were placements for computer science and engineering students. They got selected in few Indian companies. Except this, no placement happened that year.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good, and they are built in such a manner that there will be no disturbance in between the lectures. Wi-Fi also works fine at the administration office, but it is not available all over the campus. The library is too good for those who really use it. The medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: There are nice and very welcoming faculty members. They are always ready to clarify your doubts. In the mechanical department, the faculty are very helpful, and among them, few are very talented and very generous to help students. All are almost M.Tech holders. There are no PhD holding faculty.
Other: Many events happen on the campus. The tech fests and events are common. In our mechanical engineering department, we conduct the Mechtantra techfest every year, also in all departments. It is easy to connect to the college.

A good college with nice infrastructure, cheap college fees and hostel fees.
Placements: Well, the college is in a rural area, and so in terms of placements, we don't get many opportunities which were promised by the college. Still, the college administration has not been keen to draw up some major companies that could tell us how the competition works and standards required in the market.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is quite satisfactory with all the lab equipment and all the available sports and games department. They have an emergency ambulance van in case of an emergency, and that's a blessing. The canteen is not good as the food they offer is quite bad and the hostel rooms are messy and old, which needs to be renovated.
Faculty: There is a problem with the faculty, as they are not much experienced and of good attitude. This college is located in a rural area, so the idea of having good faculties is out of context.But still, we hope the college focus on this matter to bring better curriculum results. There is literally no industrial exposure provided in the college as they still use old methods to teach us.
Other: The college is cheap and has a pretty good infrastructure as it is an old one, but this college lacks in many other aspects like the hostel, college faculty, locality, student communication and countless others. But if we take this on a positive note, then there is a lot of upbringing which an individual can do if one follows up their positive attitude.

Other: Earlier the name of this college was Rural Engineering College, Bhalki. College is well established with all the basic requirements of students like hostel, playground and gymnasium. Though the infrastructure of the college is quite good. Faculty members are not up to the mark.
Placement wise also very poor record. Mechanical department labs are well equipped and are better than rest of the department. Also NBA accredited department.
So for a career perspective, u should opt for a better college in Karnataka. Also rank wise this college comes at the end almost (After 80) in the rank list of college in Karnataka.

Best college in Hyderabad Karnataka Region.
Placements: Well the college in rural area's. So that company's are not usually not coming to company, even to they are trying to bring to the companies, some companies are companies which are of small scale industries. Then also through Offcampus many students are getting placed, because they are providing good skills.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was best, college building and hostel budling was good. Campus was more than 30 acres, labs in the college are updated. College is having one central library and one departmental library along with that college campus is having cricket football and indoors stadium.
Faculty: Faculty in the college was good most of the professors in our department Mechanical Department are Ph.D. holder and they are having in an average experience of 15-20 Years and our Head of Department is having Great vision to provide Practical knowledge and skill enhanced based skills. Faculty was best.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty of mechanical branch.
Placements: It is a good college for the Mechanical Branch. It has good teaching staff but doesn't have good placement plans. Most of the students are placed in local companies and the average package is between 2.5 - 4 LPA. Infosys, Tata consultancy services, Adarsh Auto world, and Byju's are the major recruiters here. The top roles are offered as Developer, Services Engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has good facilities and one of the best infrastructures in our region. The college has one of the best libraries in our region as it is very silent and good for study. As I didn't stay at the hostel so I don't know much about the hostel and its facilities.
Faculty: In the mechanical branch, every lecturer is supportive and best in their work. The mechanical branch is an evergreen branch in this college. It has every practical facility relevant to the course and has a very good teaching staff. Semester exams are held very strictly and have very good passing percentages.
Other: VTU events are hosted in this college and it has a very good campus which is neat and clean. The college also provides scholarships from the government and the merit students also are provided with private scholarships that go up to 15 lakh.
