College is not that bad. You can do well if you work hard yourself.
Placements: The placement is quite average, and the highest package is seen among CS/IT students, and the average package for overall branches combined is 4-6 Lacs, where the highest package offered to CSE branch students was 12 LPA, yet the 30% placement rate is average among all branches.
Infrastructure: The building and hostel are not high-teaching like high-end private colleges. The hostel rooms are pretty bad since its an old college, and hence students face issues with cleanliness. Wi-Fi and RO water are provided, and labs and classrooms are well maintained as compared to other mid-end colleges.
Faculty: The teachers are cooperative but not understanding; regular attendance is demanded by the principal of the college; regular practicals and classes are conducted; and the most advantageous thing about BIT is the properly planned course curriculum and timely completed syllabus.
Other: I took this each because I was interested in data science. I want my course to focus more on practical knowledge and to teach industry-level technology. There are also some clubs in our college that do some activities. The environment of the campus is also positive since the placement here is not good, and hence people focus more on skills development.

Placements: The placement of our institute offers an average package of around 4-5 LPA and the highest package in our institute is 10 LPA. The placement cells in our institute are very helpful and supportive. The placement required no backlog in any semester and a good CGPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our institute is very good and beautiful. And our institute has an eco-friendly campus. The hostel has decent rooms and facilities. Some hostel rooms have an attached bathroom and some rooms have a common bathroom. And mess food is very healthy and hygienic.
Faculty: The faculty and teaching staff are very good and supportive for all students. Other curricula, including clubs and other activities, are offered by the institute. Our institute is an autonomous institute; that's why the exams are conducted by the college.
Other: Our institute has organized an annual fest that's called Ojas. Other fests are conducted by the clubs.

It is one of the best engineering college of Chhattisgarh.
Placements: Around 75 persent of overall students are getting placements.The Average package students are getting is around 3.5 lakhs per annum .The highest package offered is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.The offered role are commoly of software development Engineer(SDE).
Infrastructure: In our college there are labs with good equipments and college provides wifi and nice infrastructure .In hostel college provides wifi and provide playing ground with volleyball court,football ground .Hostel has wide rooms with attach bathroom and very kind helpers and roomates
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and helpful .HODs and almost all Professors are PhD holders .College curriculum are not that relevant that makes students industry ready ,students have to work harder to make themselves industry ready .Semester exams are not that hard.
Other: Course preference depends on individuals .I like coding and technology that's why I choose this course
Teaching of subjects should be more practical not only theoretical

Placements: As I am currently in my 3rd semester, placements have not started yet. But according to previous years, the highest package was around 35 LPA, the lowest was around 3–5 LPA, and the average package was around 5–7 LPA. TCS and Mahindra are the top recruiting companies that hire large numbers of students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only available in computer labs. The classrooms are decent. Most of the required books are available in the library for semester subjects. There is a mess available, and hostel facilities are also present. As I am a local, I do not know much about the food quality. There is also a sports club for sports enthusiasts.
Faculty: Some teachers’ behavior is good, but not all. The teaching quality is not very good. Students can study from YouTube and easily pass exams. After the first year, the course becomes more relevant to industry standards. The difficulty level is average. The passing marks are 35 in theory. Students must pass practical exams separately.
Other: I do not have many options in my state, so I chose this college. There is nothing very special to highlight, but the subjects are not very hard to study. I wish the college would improve the attendance system. They enforce strict rules requiring 75% attendance. Fests and events are organized by different clubs and seniors.

Answer sheet checking is so much expected that toppers get backlogs while dumb students clear.
Placements: Around 70% of students get placed. Out of these, around 50% get packages of 5 LPA, around 15% get 3.5-4 LPA, and around 5% get above 5 LPA. The recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, IBM, Cognizant, and Wipro. I do not know about the roles because I am currently in the 5th semester. I got this information from my seniors. Most of the students get unpaid internships. We also have to do vocational training in the 5th and 6th semesters. The companies we can apply to should be in the CSVTU domain, including local companies, NIT Raipur, IIIT Naya Raipur, and IIT Bhilai.
Infrastructure: Labs are well equipped. Classrooms are very small, have old benches, and are not air-conditioned. The library environment is very good, and all types of textbooks are available. The hostel rooms are absolutely not worth the price. No sports equipment is available, and the food is unhygienic. PG is a better option than the hostel. The canteen is average.
Faculty: A few teachers are knowledgeable and well qualified, while others cannot teach properly. Except for a few, almost all teachers are very helpful and kind to students. Only repeated questions come in the exams with the same numerical values, and rarely do new questions appear. Passing percentage for the theory exam of 100 marks is 35%.
Other: I chose this course due to the CSE craze and high cutoffs, not because of my interest. In the first year, we study useless subjects, and this needs to be changed. Only one fest, named Ojas, happens every year, and it is not that good. Very few events take place, and not all students even get to know what events are happening in the college. The campus is clean and has good greenery. Scholarships are offered to SC, ST, and OBC students of core branches, as well as the top 10 branch toppers. There are almost no extracurricular activities.

Candidate passed diploma program through distance learning shall not be eligible to apply.
If the candidate has passed 10+2 examination, but failed in one or more compulsory subject than the candidate shall not be considered eligible for admission.
