Yes, Environmental Engineering graduates require a basic understanding of Mathematics in order to design and operate models and systems which are environment friendly. Mathematical skills are required to understand the quantity of the pollutants and to measure them over a period of time. It is also required to manage waste treatment plants and pollution control systems.
