Absolutely dissatisfied with college life and placements.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available for students actually. Labs are good, but I don't think all the infrastructure was available during my college time. And about classrooms, it’s okay for college students. And the library, I can’t say it was good because we don’t mostly get the books we want. And about the hostel, I was a day scholar, so I don’t know much about it. But from my friend, I heard it was not so good and the food was bad. There is no medical facility, no sports or games, and about the canteen, it...

Review of Carmel College of Engineering And Technology, Alappuzha.

Infrastructure: The college facilities are much better, as the students are able to study in a calm and peaceful environment without being distracted by any other means. The lab facilities and the Wi-Fi facilities are excellent. The canteen is the place where students find themselves more interested in different engaging activities.

The campus life at the college is what it is to be lived.

Infrastructure: The college offers hostel accommodation for both boys and girls. It has a library that consists of a large number of books. There is an auditorium where various college activities are organised. Healthy and delicious meals are provided to the students and faculty members by the college canteen.

Honest review about Carmel College.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is decent but not enough. The Wi-Fi is there but only for staff. In a classroom, there is an average of 60 students. Library facilities are decent as there are enough books for study purposes. The hostels are very strict as you have to enter before 6 PM, there are limitations on phone usage, and the hostel mess is not that good.

Good college if you are looking for academics.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are altogether good. The faculty members are very much to their advantage. Classrooms are good and have a library. The labs were good. Provide almost all types of equipment. And there are faculty members who are well aware of lab procedures. The hostel facility is not so bad.

A developing college that has room to improve.

Infrastructure: The hostel and college infrastructure are good. There is Wi-Fi in the college and hostel. Library is aesthetic with important books. There is a sports ground in front. The engineering college block might seem a bit displeasing to the eyes as it has less space so things are cramped in.

Our college is average as it has very good faculty members, good infrastructure and labs.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available here, but it is not for students use. Labs, classrooms and library are good as it is a new college since 2014. There are two good canteens available, but medical facilities are average. For sports and games, both indoor and outdoor areas are available. Wi-Fi is not available for students, and mobile phones are also restricted.

The college provides good placements for our career.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is amazing and is provided for studies and extracurricular activities. Lab facilities are pretty good. Although the university is not encouraging the lab facilities, the college gives a lot more importance to practical sessions. The library is a small one, but all the facilities available for academics are available here.

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and decent placements with scope for improvement.

Infrastructure: Carmel Engineering College had Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a central library. Hostels were decent with good security. The mess food was average. The canteen was better. Sports, medical aid, and recreation facilities were available for students.

Supportive faculty and good syllabus.

Faculty: The curriculum followed the KTU structure and was updated regularly to align with technological advancements. Core subjects, electives, lab work, and project-based learning were all included. Departments such as Computer Science and Electronics increasingly incorporated modern topics such as IoT, ML, and cloud computing. Students benefited from regular seminars, workshops, and value-added programs. Examinations were conducted under strict KTU regulations. Internal marks were based on attendance,...
