The KEAM syllabus is published by CEE, and it is important to cover the syllabus and all the topics mentioned in it strategically. KEAM 2026 Chapter Wise Weightage: CEE will conduct the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM) 2026 in April 2026. The candidates preparing for the KEAM CBT exam must strategically prepare for the KEAM CBT exam. The exam will have questions from Maths, Physics and Chemistry. The BTech aspirants have to appear for all three subjects, whereas the BPharm aspirants have to appear for Physics and Chemistry papers. To be able to prepare for the exam strategically, candidates must highlight the important topics from the KEAM syllabus that carry maximum weightage and prepare those chapters with utmost care and dedication. Although to get a good rank in KEAM, candidates must cover the entire syllabus, however, some topics must be given extra dedication and time to prepare.

Using the link ‘Forgot Password’ in online application, you can reset your KEAM password. Application number, DOB, Security Question and answer of it should be provided for resetting the password.
CEE is expected to conduct the KEAM 2026 CBT exam in April 2026.
The KEAM 2026 exam was held in computer-based test mode for admission to UG engineering and pharmacy courses only. Candidates will be admitted to various Kerala colleges approved by the Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities and Government via KEAM.
KEAM 2026 Syllabus
CEE revised the KEAM syllabus in 2024. The revised syllabus. Candidates will have to follow the revised syllabus to prepare for KEAM 2024. To get a higher rank in KEAM 2026, candidates are advised to not only prepare the high-weightage topics but also all the topics mentioned in the KEAM syllabus.
KEAM 2026 will be conducted in computer-based test mode with a single paper, as opposed to the previous two-paper format. The entrance exam for engineering programs will comprise 150 questions, with 75 in Mathematics, 45 in Physics, and 30 in Chemistry. Candidates will have 180 minutes to complete the exam. For BPharm candidates appearing for KEAM 2026, the entrance exam will consist of 45 Physics and 30 Chemistry questions, to be completed within 90 minutes. Correct answers will be awarded four marks, while each incorrect answer will lead to a deduction of one mark.

KEAM 2026 will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm, tentatively. There will be one paper of 3 hours duration. The questions in the exam will be asked from Maths, Physics and Chemistry for the engineering aspirants, while the Pharmacy aspirants have to answer questions from Physics and Chemistry only.
In case the computer/mouse allotted to any candidate malfunctions anytime during the KEAM CBT, they will be immediately allotted another computer system and the time lost due to this will be adjusted in the server so as to give the candidate the full allotted time. Use of keyboard during the exam is strictly not allowed in KEAM exam. Wherever use of keyboard is needed, a virtual keyboard appearing on the computer screen can be used.

The KEAM candidate response sheet is issued to each of the candidates who take the KEAM exam under their respective KEAM candidate login after the exam. The response sheet includes the record of the answers marked by the candidaes on the exam day.

No. Since KEAM has transitioned to a computer-based test from 2024, hard copies of the question papers are not provided to the candidates. However, the KEAM question paper PDFs are uploaded on the official website of KEAM after the exam is over.

CEE will start the facility to submit class 12 marks after the KEAM 2026 result is announced. This facility will be available only to those candidates who will qualify the KEAM 2026 exam.
The KEAM rank list is prepared based on the marks of the qualifying exam and KEAM scores. The weightage of the qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks varies for rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma, MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science/ B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering, and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardisation procedure.
