The KEAM rank list is created by considering both KEAM scores and 10+2 scores equally (50:50). To prepare the KEAM engineering rank list, candidates who have cleared the entrance test are required to submit their scores for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology in the second year of Plus Two or equivalent Qualifying Examination through the website. It is important to note that candidates who fail to submit their scores will not be considered for the rank list.

In the KEAM examination for BPharm, candidates must answer all questions in the Physics and Chemistry Sections to avoid disqualification from the BPharm Rank list. To be eligible for the BPharm rank list, candidates must achieve a minimum normalized score of 10 out of 300.
Those who fail to meet this minimum score will not be included in the rank list. Notably, SC/ST candidates are exempt from the minimum score requirement. However, they must still answer all questions in the Physics and Chemistry sections to avoid disqualification.
The selectio process for engineering courses via KEAM includes:
- Qualifying KEAM exam: Engineering aspirants have to appear in KEAM CBT exam by hetting a normalised score of 10.
- Check answer key and result: The result of the KEAM engineering entrance exam and answer keys will be displayed on the official website. candidates can check their qualifying status.
- Submit plus two marks: The candidates who qualify the KEAM exam, have to submit the class 12 marks.
- KEAM ranks: The candidates who submit their plus two scores are included in the KEAM engineering rank list. The rabk list will be prepared by giving equal weightage to plus two marks and KEAM normalised scores.
- CAP: All candidates whose names appear on the KEAM engineering rank list have to appear for the centralised admission process (CAP) for seat allotment in the colleges.

- Medical: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BUMS
- Agriculture, Co-operation & Banking, Climate Change & Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Forestry: BSc (Hons) Agri, BSc (Hons) Forestry, BSc (Hons) Co-Operation and Banking, BSc (Hons) Climate Change and Environment Science, BTech Biotechnology
- Veterinary: BVSc & AH
- Fisheries: BFSc

After the announcement of KEAM scores, the candidates are asked to submit the 10+2 scores. CEE will give 50:50 weightage to the KEAM scores and the 10+2 marks to prepare the rank list.
