Diploma in Plastics Technology - Batch of 2020

100% placement and satisfying course.
Placements: This college actually provides 100% placement, unless you do want to go for higher education. This college's highest package was 4 LPA, and the lowest was 1.2 LPA in 2020, which I hope to change in the coming years.  In 2020, 92% of students were placed. The majority of the positions available were for junior engineers.
Infrastructure: The facilities, such as clean drinking water, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library, are excellent. However, the hostel is not more comfortable for most students because the food in the mess is of poor quality, and the toilets and bathrooms are in poor condition. Aside from that, this hostel has excellent medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: This college's teachers are good enough, some are excellent, and all are supportive and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. And students are being prepared for industry since the third semester, which is a good thing. The passing percentage of this course is about 85.  And it's not a bad score; if you prepare well, you'll pass easily.
Other: I chose this course because of my father, but it sparked an interest in me, and I'm glad I did something meaningful; it's a unique course that most people are unaware of. That is why India has a scarcity of plastic engineers. The only thing I wish was better is the hostel. Freshers' parties and fests are celebrated to the fullest. Scholarships are easily obtained unless you are the child of a government servant. Every year, extracurricular activities such as sports are organised.

Cipet : future of world Plastic: future of world.
Placements: 100% of students were placed in our college. The highest package is 300000 per year and the lowest package is 100000 per year. Average package offered is 150000 per year. Foreign companies recruiting us. Our roles in companies as plastic engineers and shift supervisors, quality inspectors.
Infrastructure: Very good facilities in our college. Digital classes, Wi-Fi campus, Chemistry lab, Physics lab, machinery shop floor, library. Canteen also available in our college. Food quality is good. Medical lab also available in our college. Sports week organized in our college every year.
Faculty: Teachers are very help. They explain topics by simple method. They also motivate all students to do better. They promote the weak students. Semester exam are too tough to clear. There is no any way of cheating. It's very strict examination process.
Other: In the world Plastic is most important thing. Every thing is made by plastic. In the future whole world is under plastic. We can use every thing in our daily life who's made from plastic.

I am satisfied because of the faculty members and good placements in 2018.
Placements: Our college provides almost 90% of placements in our batch. The average salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month to each one of them. A role offered is a junior engineer. However, internships are not provided, but the in-house tool room is not less than any internship.
Infrastructure: The hostel is quite good. They take care of cleanliness and hygiene. The food served is also good. Due to the diversity of students, they provide you with dishes accordingly. It also provides a library facility in the college. The library has plenty amount of books on the subject.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our college. They are available anytime to clarify your doubts. Exams are conducted strictly. But you can pass the exams easily. The tool room is equipped with the latest machinery and the most advanced one. One can learn to operate them easily with the help of the teachers.

I am satisfied with the faculty members and good placements provided by the college.
Placements: Placements are confirmed, and it provides a great opportunity for students who have interested in plastics engineering. The placement criteria are about 95%. Companies like Steelbird, Bajaj, and Prestige visited our college and hired students at a higher standard. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent. The size of classrooms is large, but the infrastructure of seating arrangement is not comfortable according to students' desires. The infrastructure of our hostel is very good. It also provides a gym facility in our hostel, and the room allotment is good. It does not provide a Wi-Fi facility on the campus.
Faculty: The nature of our teachers is calm and peaceful. They are highly educated. They support students to grow up. The examination standard is average and not such as difficult. The pass percentage of the students in the semester examinations is above 90%.
Other: I have chosen this course because this course is too satisfying according to placements and the course provides knowledge of how to effectively use plastics in our daily life. I wish if our college provides company visits then it increase better chances for placements of students.

There are a high standard infrastructure and lab facilities in the education of plastics technology.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Supreme, Nilkamal. Top roles offered are of a production manager. The highest salary package offered in our course 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course 1.8 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course 2.5 LPA. Almost 75% of the students got internships in companies like Nilkamal, Supreme, HPL, etc.
Infrastructure: All the labs maintain international standards. Classrooms are well-equipped. The library has a good amount of books with almost every magazine and journal published nationally and internationally related to polymer and plastics. Hostel facility is good but not up to the mark. The quality of the food available in the mess was not satisfactory, but the food served in the canteen was good. There are least medical facilities. A few sports like cricket, volleyball, are available on the campus along with a multi-gym and indoor games equipment.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in our college were helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is satisfactory. The course curriculum is relevant but not future-ready. At the present time, it makes the students industry-ready, but a lot of improvements and changes are necessary to meet the demand of speedily changing world.
Other: I got selected in the entrance exam, and I was interested in engineering courses. The best things about the course are that its industry-oriented curriculum, well designed practical classes, and syllabus of international standards. The world is changing rapidly. With the pace of the changing world, the entire course can be reviewed and designed further. Improved lab facilities can sharpen the skills of students and meet the demand of the global job market. Seasonal cultural events, religious festivals, annual cultural extravaganza are celebrated here. Government and non-government, both merit and non-merit scholarships are available for this course. Annual sports meet is also mentionable.

One can have a great experience in this college.
Placements: Placements are provided by some good MNCs like Motherson, Tupperware etc. The college helped me in increasing my confidence to compete with students. The placement rate of our college is much better than other private colleges.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was pretty good. You will not get to face any problem in any situation. Enough equipment and machinery were available in the college to increase the practical knowledge of students. The new campus, CIPET Murthal is pretty good with building and infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They taught us very well. They used to teach the theoretical and practical parts at the same time. The student-faculty ratio was 50:1. We got industry knowledge and exposure. The industry experience was much better.

Good facilities, but none is responsible about the pass-out students.
Placements: The private sector is always open to give opportunities to the students. The packages do not depend on the knowledge of students, but on the working hours in the company. For 8 hours, Rs. 8,000-10,000 salary is offered per month. For 12 hours, Rs. 12,000-14,000 salary is offered per month. There is no field required for the Indian government to provide opportunities. It's a good way to erase unemployment.
Infrastructure: The lab related to plastic field is available for the testing department. Plastics processing and moulding departments are available separately. Students can choose according to their interest. Classrooms are digital, but not enough theoretical knowledge is provided. The practical knowledge is very useful.
Faculty: Teachers are well-behaved, but only for some time. The course is not completed on time. Being responsible is good manners and respectful to all students. The course is of 3 years, and two fields are taught. They are DPT and DPMT which are about plastics processing and moulding respectively.
Other: The campus environment is good. Scholarships are provided by the state government.

The college assures 100% placements.
Placements: The good thing about our college is its placements. If you want to join in any college, you have to inquire about placements. The college offers 100% placements. Jobs on the plastics field are high, but since there are only a few trainees available on the industry, students can get the jobs easily. The average salary offered is Rs.12,000 to 19,000. Companies like Tata, Supreme, Minda, Motherson and all other good companies visit the campus to offer jobs. Roles like a quality engineer, shift in charge, inspection engineer, supervisor, and maintenance engineer etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. This college is a central branch for more than 31 central institutes of plastics engineering and technology colleges. There is no need to worry about the infrastructure. It's the best.
Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is awesome. They offer good industry exposure in the last semester. Teaching methods are totally practical. They conduct only a few theory classes so that one can understand the concepts in the best possible way. The course curriculum is very useful.
Other: The best thing about this college is its events. All the events are organised on a great scale.
