It has strong faculty and infrastructure, but placements need improvement.

Faculty: Students generally report that the faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Teaching quality is generally considered good with faculty members effectively explaining concepts. Some reviews mention that not all faculty members are equally effective or punctual and that some may not have the same level of expertise as others. The course curriculum is generally considered relevant to the field of study particularly in making students industry-ready.

I am absolutely satisfied with our college.

Faculty: This college is under the control of Anna University for both B.Tech in Plastics Technology and B.E. in Manufacturing Engineering. Teachers are good and helpful during the exams. They are qualified and well-experienced. It is a 4 year degree course. Students can learn about the industry. Semester exams are easy if you study properly, and you crack exams easily.

Overview of CIPET College.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful to students in clarifying every doubt. They taught some extra knowledge apart from the syllabus. The quality of teaching was good. The plastic technology course was more useful for getting into plastic-related companies. They were waiting for students with plastic knowledge. The exams were easy. The faculty members were good and friendly. They taught very politely and easily. They were well-trained and well-experienced in their field.

Disappointed college with good placement for me.

Faculty: As I already mentioned, faculty are with M.Tech qualification, and their teachings are also not so good to understand. Most of the time, they won't come to the class. Yes, my course, manufacturing engineering, is purely industry-based, and I make students ready for industry Pass mark is 50%, and semester exams are not so tough. We can self-study and self-prepare just 15 days before the exam.

College with practical experience .

Faculty: The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate to hard. You need to study from the beginning of the semester to get good marks. The plastics manufacturing field is a very good curriculum-oriented course and it will help you to explore in depth every product. Teachers are well-qualified to teach you, and interaction with them is also good.

CIPET the institute of plastics.

Faculty: The teachers at CIPET Chennai are very humble and clear all the doubts that the students have. Mostly all the staff are graduated and are PhD holders and the only disadvantage is they are not available all time as they have too much work because the number of staff is less.

It is a good college for placements.

Faculty: Our teachers are very talented and helpful. They are knowledgeable. You can ask any question without hesitation about your subject. In the first year, you learn basic engineering and then core subjects. Semester exams are conducted by Anna University because this college is affiliated with it. A CGPA of 7 to 7.5 is required to pass.

Our college is excellent if you can learn and observe everything on your own.

Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable but classes won't be held often. We have to study on our own. Since we had very good lab facilities, it made students industry-ready. The pass percentage for every semester was 50%.

100% placement and satisfying course.

Faculty: This college's teachers are good enough, some are excellent, and all are supportive and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. And students are being prepared for industry since the third semester, which is a good thing. The passing percentage of this course is about 85.  And it's not a bad score; if you prepare well, you'll pass easily.

CIPET is the best for students and placement also.

Faculty: The faculty members are inexperienced, but the teaching quality is good. The exam is difficult in this college, and the percentage is also 50%. The course curriculum relevant is poor. This course is not ready for students in the industry. Only students are ready for it.

Overall, this college is good and you have to acquire knowledge by yourself.

Faculty: There are some experienced faculty members. Most of the time, you will be learning by yourself. Semester exams are quite difficult as fewer classes are taken and you are learning by yourself.

Our college has good placements and good infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers have average knowledge but are qualified. Teaching quality is medium. The curriculum makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult. The pass percentage is 80%. You have to spend some time for studying to pass the exams. Sometimes, the question paper will be difficult.

Our college offers a unique productive course.

Faculty: Permanent staff and contract staff are definitely qualified and will help you in your career. CIPET is understaffed, and while they hire some guest faculty, we cannot expect any core knowledge from them. The curriculum is relevant, but going through some recent journals and research papers will help you to keep up with futuristic technology. Semester exams are not complicated if you upgrade yourself constantly.
