• Interactive LIVE Lectures on Weekends: LPU-Online, to cater to busy and different schedules, offers interactive live lectures over the weekends. Such sessions will help the learners participate in discussions and ask questions, connecting with the instructors and peers irrespective of the geographical location.
• 400+ Hours of Recorded Video Content: Learners at LPU Online can access more than 400 hours of recorded video content to study at their comfort and pace. These videos cover various topics aligned with the program's curriculum and allow the students to revisit and review material anytime.
• Guest Lectures: LPU Online conducts guest lectures and masterclasses by industry experts to help students look at their curriculum from a different point of view and gain a more realistic approach. This can enhance their learning and support their future professional development.

The continuous assessment of online learners at LPU is based on two main components:

1. Graded Assignments:
• Assignments are provided through the Learning Management System (LPU e-Connect).
• Learners must download and print the assignment questions, write their answers in handwriting, and scan. Upload the completed assignments via the CA submission interface on e-Connect.
• Evaluation is based on the performance of these assignments.
2. Academic Participation and Engagement:
• Assessment in this component is based on participation in scheduled LIVE virtual classes, pre-recorded video lectures, discussion forums, and quizzes.
• Attendance and active participation in these activities are mandatory and form a compulsory part of the Continuous Assessment (CA) component.

Passing Criteria

To pass a course, students must meet the following conditions:

1. Theory-Only Course:
• Score at least 30% in the End-Term Examination (ETE).
• Achieve at least 40% when combining Continuous Assessment (CA) and ETE scores.
2. Theory and Practical Course:
• Score at least 30% separately in the End-Term Examination (ETE) and End-Term Practical (ETP).
• Achieve at least 40% overall when combining Continuous Assessment (CA), ETE, and ETP scores.
3. Practical-Only Course:
• Score at least 30% in End-Term Practical (ETP).
• Achieve at least 40% overall when combining ETP and Continuous Assessment (CA) scores.
4. Term Paper/CDP/Field Project/Seminar on Summer Training:
• Score at least 40% in the End-Term Project (ETP).

CGPA Requirement

In addition to meeting the above criteria, learners must achieve a minimum overall Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 5.0 to complete the program successfully.
