Chalapathi Institute of Technology (CIT), Guntur selects B.E./B.Tech students primarily through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET counseling for 70% of seats (convenor quota), requiring 10+2 in PCM with qualification in the exam. The remaining 30% (management quota) are admitted based on at least 50% PCM marks

The AP EAMCET exam is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU Kakinada). It is conducted for all colleges in Andhra Pradesh, not only for the Chalapathi Institute of Technology. The results for admission in 2025 have already been declared on June 8, 2025. You can
