Great infrastructure, helpful teachers, and career opportunities.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students in my course got placed during campus placements. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA, the lowest is about 3 LPA, while the average package stayed around 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and Capgemini. Nearly 60% of students got internships in reputed companies like Accenture, Deloitte, and startups. Most of the roles offered are software developer, data analyst, system engineer, and support engineer.
Infrastructure: College provides good infrastructure with well-equipped labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a central library with plenty of resources. Hostels are clean and maintained regularly, with 24X7 water and electricity. Mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen offers good variety. Medical facilities are available on campus. There are sports grounds for cricket, football, volleyball, and indoor games, making students' life balanced and engaging.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to clarify doubts. Teaching quality is good, and the curriculum is well-designed, covering both theoretical and practical aspects that help in building industry-ready skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a fair pass percentage for students who attend classes and study regularly.
Other: I chose this course because of the good academic curriculum, and the practical exposure it provides. The best thing about my course is the supportive faculty members, and the balance of theory with practical learning. Campus life is vibrant with various events, fests, and extracurricular activities that help in overall personality development. Crowd is diverse and friendly, which creates a positive learning atmosphere.

College environment is good. Faculty members are also very good. I like the infrastructure.
Placements: If you are seeking a sense of probability based on recent data, overall placement chance is generally 60-90%, depending on the branch and performance. Engineering (notably CSE), 77% placement. Average package is 3 LPA, best cases up to 12 LPA. Average across courses is 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA. Top package ranges from 12 LPA up to 42 LPA to 50 LPA in some exceptional cases.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good, I like it. CDGI's infrastructure aligns well with modern educational standards, delivering strong academic, extracurricular, and research facilities. Whether you are focused on engineering, management, pharmacy, or law, the campus provides a comprehensive environment for holistic development.
Faculty: Faculty members and their way of teaching are good. CDGI seems to boast a robust and diverse faculty community, with experienced leadership, well-qualified instructors across disciplines, and positive student perception. The institution emphasizes both theoretical rigour and practical learning, which suggests a healthy academic environment.
Other: I chose the course because I wanted to do it. I want to learn more about IT sectors and much more. Chameli Devi Group of Institutions (CDGI), Indore, established in 2006, is affiliated with RGPV and DAVV and approved by AICTE, PCI, and the Bar Council of India. It offers a wide range of programs including B.Tech, M.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Pharma, M.PHARM, and law degrees, making it a multidisciplinary institution catering to engineering, management, pharmacy, and legal studies.

Not good for placement, only good for college life.
Placements: If you are going for placement, do not go to this college because there are no placements here. Also, the college does not support on-campus placement, so do not take this college for campus placement. The companies are not coming on campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Chameli Devi Institute is good, not bad, okay. The hostel infrastructure is also good. There are double beds, 24/7 water availability, purified drinking water, and 24/7 CCTV cameras. Also, the dean and guard are present on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty of the college is not supportive and does not have good behavior. They do not provide support during exams or in any other matter and do not respond well to each student. Exams are conducted every month, and Chameli Devi Institute is controlled by RGPV Bhopal.
Other: Not good for placements.

A very nice journey with friendly teachers and excellent guidance.
Placements: On average, 65% of students were placed in campus placement. Top recruiter companies that come for placement are TCS, Wipro, Yash Technology, etc. The highest package of the institution was 45 LPA, and the lowest package was 3.5 LPA. Roles offered in my college are for software engineers, data scientists, marketing roles, etc. Many more companies are offering students internships.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are available in college, such as Wi-Fi, labs, clean classrooms, and a library. Very good teachers and faculty provide excellent teaching quality and focus on every student, helping them in their studies, which helps students get good marks in exams.
Faculty: The college has very good teachers with a friendly nature. These teachers and faculty have good knowledge in their relevant field of teaching. Yes, all curriculum-related courses are helping students become industry-ready. The moderate level of the semester exam pattern results in above 80% of students passing these exams.
Other: A very good environment and a good campus.

I think this is the best college for placement and study.
Placements: Before COVID, 80-85% of students were placed. Currently, 55% of students are placed. According to the IT sector, it's a very good college.
Infrastructure: I don't know about the hostel, but the infrastructure and feedback are very good. All facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, etc., are good in this college.
Faculty: The teachers are very good, helpful, and experienced for all types of students. They do not compare students with toppers and always give their best to all students. They help make students industry-ready. The passing percentage is 7/20 in MST and 2/75 in RGPV exams. All other marks are based on practicals. The study is very strict.
Other: When we joined this course, it was booming in the IT sector. It was very good some time ago, but nowadays there are some restrictions in the IT sector, so no talking about jobs. The college is the best for studies and also for other activities. It's a very good college in Indore. I am currently pursuing B.Tech here.

I'm very dissatisfied with the placements. The infrastructure and the mess food are good.
Placements: Less than 50% of students are placed from my batch. Only local companies from Indore came for placement in 2024. 1-2 companies also came from Pune, NCR, and Ahmedabad, but offered very low packages. Not a single big MNC came in 2024. The highest package is 8 LPA, and that too from an open campus drive.
Infrastructure: For CSE, there are too many labs, Wi-Fi is good, and the classrooms are also good. The projector is also available in every class. Lighting and fans are also good enough. The mess food is above average. During my 4 years, I never complained about food. The canteen is also big enough.
Faculty: Except for 1-2 faculty members, all are average, and no one has proper knowledge about any subject. MSTs and semester exams are easy to pass. The course includes languages like C++, Java, Python, DBMS, etc., but don't expect you learn them from college. You have to learn on your own.
