Review of Chanakya Law College (CLC Uttarakhand).
Placements: Starting from placed students as it is not always confirmed but it may be 40%. Top recruiting companies like private companies and Mahindra & Mahindra hire students. Top roles offered in my course are judges, APO, etc. If students are looking forward to corporate legal services, then it is good for them.
Infrastructure: The campus has all facilities. Wi-Fi, AC, and the library quality are perfect. The canteen is not good. The college is very small. If students are looking for a big college then it is not satisfying. It does not have a good infrastructure and location for my side I would never prefer this college if have options.
Faculty: Teachers are brilliant at teaching and very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is very engaging and enthusiastic. Semester exams depend on how we study. The pass percentage is 45%. For the college opening session, it would rather take 2 or 3 months for it.

Good and supportive faculty.
Placements: I have not seen anyone placed yet from the college itself. It does not offer any kind of placement but it claims to have a placement body which I have not seen or noticed. It offers few internship programs but it is also not upto the mark and as of my batch we have not gone to any internship programs offered from the college.
Infrastructure: The College is not that big but well managed and enough for the students. Library is good and have almost every book that I have needed, it also provide notes for every semester which are very useful for the semester exams. Canteen is also good but not that much options .
Faculty: Teachers are very good and supportive. Teaching quality is also good. As of making students industry ready, I don't think so the curriculum is for the industry but mainly for the academic purpose and basic knowledge of the field. Semester exams are very easy, one can pass just by studying a night before the exam.

The campus area is average, but academics-wise, the college is good.
Placements: There are no placements at all. The course introduced by the college is an integrated course B.A. LLB and there are also no placements for the BBA LL.B. Some internships are provided by the campus and faculty members. Some seminars are conducted by the college on a legal basis.
Infrastructure: It has a good infrastructure, a good canteen, a good library, good classrooms, and a CCTV surveillance campus area. Chess competitions are frequently conducted by management. Sports are conducted every Saturday of week. It has a Wi-Fi campus. There are two computers at the library for legal learning.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and some have great teaching quality. The course curriculum is not hard, and not very easy. The course is moderate for the hard workers. Semester exams are a bit complicated for some subjects. Notes are provided by management for every single subject.
Other: Legal fests and events are conducted by management by inviting some great guests. In classrooms, they need to improve some presentation style.

Amazing faculty with upgrading infrastructure.
Placements: No external companies or firms visit the campus for placement but in the last few years, they have taken students for jail administration experience like Adalat, etc. It's useful but placement overall is not provided. During my batch, I had great experiences which helped me in future placements.
Infrastructure: They provide local PG if you want but no proper hostel facility. They have a college canteen which serves good food but a mess isn't provided as they do not have their hostel. They have a nice infrastructure. The Wi-Fi campus, labs, and moot court are nice.
Faculty: The faculty is the best part of our college, and you will not regret your decision to attend. They are helpful and highly qualified. The curriculum is excellent as well, consisting of 10 semesters that cover both law and undergraduate subjects. I would rate the difficulty level as moderate; it's neither too easy nor too hard. The passing percentage is 45% aggregate. The college is affiliated with the Bar Council of India and is part of Kumaun University in Nainital.
Other: I chose it because it was closer to my hometown, but later fell in love this college has given me more than any other institution in my life. I'm so proud to be called a Canadian. Recently they've launched their app and it's quite helpful.
