Chennais Amirta IIHM defined various types of scholarships awarded, based on Merit, Community based scholarships:-
1) ST / SC Students (10% in Term fees on the course selected )
2) First Graduation (10% in Term fees on course selected )
3) Merit 10% in Term fees on the course selected ( 90% marks scored in SSLC for diploma )
4) Merit 10% in Term fees on course selected ( 90% marks scored in HSC for Degree )
5) Merit 10% in Term fees on the course selected ( 90% marks scored in UG for Post Degree )
6) Sports Quota – Students with records of excellence in sports under National/State/District level shall be considered.

Placements: About 90% of students are placed in our course. All placements are the same with no differences. Companies like Taj, ITC, Hyatt, Oberoi, and Avasa are involved. Students who have more than 85% attendance get the opportunity to work in five-star hotels. As of now, they are only trainees but have gained good experience in college.
Placements: All 100% of students were provided with national and international internship and placement offers with great packages. All students can get dream jobs and guaranteed placement offers in the dream hotels, cruises, and airlines. Also, they have the chance to start their own businesses and have a great future. Scholarships are also available.
Placements: I feel really proud to say that our college provides 100% placement during (part time and odc) and after the course. Also, most of my batchmates have gotten internship in well-reputed 5-star hotels like Shangri-La, Hyatt, etc. My seniors got placed abroad, like in the USA and Poland, with an average salary of 2 lacs, approx.
Placements: Our college give 100% placement. They place you on our performance. There are many companies such as Hiton, Taj, Raddison Blu, Ritz, Accord group of hotel, Four Seasons etc. Students have been placed as commi 1 etc. The highest package was 40000. The average package was 25000. The lowest was 15000. 100% of students got internship
Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.20 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Taj Group, JW Marriott, The Park, Oberoi, etc., visit our campus. Almost 95% of students get internships from the course at companies like the Park, JW Marriott, Taj Group, etc. Top roles offered in the course are chef and executive chef.
Placements: 100% of students were placed in top 5-star and 4-star hotels. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA, and the highest package is 5 LPA. The top hotels like Taj Sheraton, Oberoi, etc., come here, and 100% of students got internships in top hotels like Taj, The Leela Palace, Sheraton etc. They provide very good placements and internships. You can choose your internships in India or abroad.

The fees for a BSc at CAIIHM includes several components such as tuition fee, university examination fee, dress charges, hostel fee, mess charges, etc. Tuition fee per semester is INR 42,000 and tuition fee for complete three-year is INR 2.52 lakh.

These scholarships are based on merit, community criteria, and college-specific qualifications. The eligibility criteria for merit-based scholarships are as follows:
- 10% reduction in term fees for the selected course for students who scored 90% marks in Class 10 for Diploma programmes.
- 10% reduction in term fees for the selected course for students who scored 90% marks in Class 12 for degree programmes.
- 10% reduction in term fees for the selected course for students who scored 90% marks in their undergraduate degree for post-degree programmes.
